This villa, a haven of peace, will bring you all the comfort and space you need.
The house of 200 m² is composed of 4 bedrooms and open living spaces and comfortable.
The rooms are composed as follows: master suite with en-suite bathroom (double bed), 2 bedrooms with double bed and shared bathroom, independent studio with sofa bed and private bathroom. It is possible to have a fifth bedroom with single bed if necessary.

You will enjoy the swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and a garden with lawn and terrace allowing moments of games, moments of complicity around the aperitif and the electric barbecue or the pizza oven, followed by beaches of idleness on large deckchairs. A large table offers the conviviality of meals shared with the family.
Inside there are several living areas: living room, dining room, kitchen with many facilities and a storeroom, music / reading / TV area, office space.
Air-conditioned, the house has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay (washing machine, freezer, barbecue, coffee machine ...). It is possible to park at least 3 cars in front of the house.

The Ty Bonheur has the advantage of being 10 minutes walk from the sea and its beaches and coves, while being 30 minutes from the city center by public transport (bus or shuttle boat) and at the foot of the massif creeks. You will find nearby all types of shops (from the primeur to the hypermarket through the shopping mall and the organic store).
The house is near a bus stop to go downtown and the departure of the shuttle boat to the Old Port.
It is possible to rent paddle, windsurf or motor boat at the port of Pointe Rouge 2 minutes by car from the house (we lend you the badge for free access to the private parking of the Yacht Club).
