Nice old, stylish apartment with new updates. Only problem it 4 floors with out elevator, with a very narrow staircase.

Appartement à fuir. Présence de punaises de lit et de cafards, installation électrique pas aux normes et dangereuse, hygiène douteuse (notamment du linge de lit).Lorsque nous avons découvert les punaises de lit, nous avons décidé de quitter le logement après 2 nuits alors que nous devions rester 7 jours. Nous avons alerté la propriétaire, qui n’a pas assumé ses responsabilités et s’est montrée agressive à notre égard. Cet appartement ne devrait plus être proposé à la location.

Wir haben im August 2025 für 6 Tage die Wohnung zu viert bewohnt. Wir hatten im Vorfeld nach einer Wohnung im Zentrum mit Küche und 2 Schlafzimmern gesucht.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut im Zentrum in der Nähe des alten Hafens (vieux port) gelegen. Die Zimmer waren weitestgehend gereinigt, allerdings hatten sich einige der Bodenfliesen gelöst, weswegen man bei Laufen aufpassen mußte.Viel gravierender war für uns aber, daß die Küche in einem desolaten Zustand ist:# Die Abzugshaube war kaputt, weswegen man nicht kochen konnte.# Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht vernünftig schließen, weswegen man nichts kühlen konnte.# Beim Gasherd funktionierten nur 2 der 4 FlammenWir haben versucht, mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider hat sie auf unsere Anfrage nicht reagiert.Wir haben deshalb mit der Putzfrau Kontakt aufgenommen. Es stellte sich heraus, daß die Mängel der Vermieterin bekannt waren! Allerdings hat sie die Mängel weder vor unserer Anreise noch während unseres Aufenthalts beseitigen lassen.Wir können die Unterkunft mit diesem Gesamteindruck leider nicht empfehlen!

Appartement non conforme aux photos (joli montage), pièces vétustes, linges de maison tachés et sans odeur de propre, propreté générale qui laisse vraiment à désirer! Dommage car le quartier est idéalement situé mais la rue est trop bruyante et l’appartement est étouffant! Très déçu où est le côté Cosy

Un beau séjour dans un quartier sympa

Tout etait bien , proprio sympa et arrangeante. Il faut juste avoir conscience des 4 étages à monter sans ascenseur

Mala experiencia

Las indicaciones para llegar al alojamiento no corresponden con la dirección ya que Google Maps te lleva a otro punto en el cual te ves obligado a pagar peaje. Es un edificio muy antiguo y descuidado, tanto el rellano como las escaleras. Son 4 pisos para acceder al alojamiento, sin ascensor. Las fotos no se ajustan del todo a la realidad. La limpieza no era adecuada, las sabanas tenían manchas grandes. Por la noche es una calle donde hay bastante vida nocturna, por lo que hay mucho ruido que no te permite descansar. No es un alojamiento acondicionado para la estancia. Sin duda, no repetiremos y no lo recomendamos. Algo positivo es la ubicación muy cercana a los puntos turísticos de la ciudad.
