The apartment was very clean, well equipped and had an amazingly comfortable bed and very comfortable seating. The living area opened onto a roofed veranda which overlooked the beach of Verdon. This provided shade for the hottest part of the day, somewhere to dry clothes and a place to enjoy watching the activity on the beach. The beach was scrupulously cleaned by tractor and people picking litter on the beach and it looked like in the sea itself every morning about 5 am. We felt quite at home and relaxed in the apartment. Daniel made us very welcome. The main beach which was below us and the smaller beach near the port were about 10 minutes walk for us but then we are in our 70s. The small beach had plenty of shaded areas. To reach the grocery store and the bakery probably took us another 5 minutes beyond the small beach. We ate out most nights at restaurants on the main beach or at restaurants on route to the small beach. The food was good and surprisingly affordable. There was a bus stop very close to the property and buses ran frequently and seemed to cost only 1 euro no matter what distance you were going. There is a railway station at La Couronne just a few minutes away by bus. The area is extremely interesting and we would have benefited greatly from having a car to get around exploring and to have more options when shopping.

Daniel the host was outstanding! He made usfeel so welcome and assisted us quickly when we had questions. Awesome view from the bedroom, kitchen and living room. The view is stunning. Patio is sheltered and a great place to read and sip coffee. Carro is a nice town and an easy to walk. Bakery, store, restaurants. Loved going to the Port and watching the surfers wind surfers. Easy to travel by local bus system. Bus stop is very close. We shall be back!

Der Blick von Balkon auf den Strand, das Meeresrauschen, die Nähe zu allem was man braucht, nicht zu vergessen die guten Restaurants in Carro, La Couronne und Sausset. Die Krönung ist aber Daniel, der Host dieses tollen Häuschens. Er ist sehr sympathisch, grosszügig und hat immer noch eine gute Idee, wo noch etwas zu entdecken ist. Es war eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche!

Daniel ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der sich wirklich darum sorgt, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Das Appartement ist ideal für zwei Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was einem das Leben annehmlich macht. Der Patio mit Grill hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den schönen Sandstrand, der in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Im kleinen Ort Carro gibt es alles, was ein Urlauber braucht: Fischmarkt, kleiner Bauernmarkt, Lebensmittrl, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants. Dasselbe gilt für La Couronne, von dessen Bahnhof man nach toller Panoramastrecke direkt in Marseille ankommt. Wir könnten ewig weiterschwärmen. Unsere Reisezeit im Oktober war ideal - alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Un excellent séjour et un hôte extraordinaire.

Nous avons été accueillis dans une maison au bord d'une très belle crique au calme.Notre hôte nous a accompagné dans notre installation sans s'imposer et avec une rare gentillesse et il s'est tenu à notre disposition pour nous conseiller. Un excelent séjour que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Daniel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Daniel est de très bon conseil pour découvrir les alentours. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Il y a même une plancha sur le balcon, de quoi faire des bons repas avec une vue une incroyable sur la plage du Verdon.!

Sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter und tolle, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Strand von Verdon. Viele kleinere Buchten und Strände gut und schön zu Fuss erreichbar. Unterkunft zweckmässig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Hie und da kleinere Defekte oder Schäden, welche dem guten Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch tun, da auch der Preis moderat angesetzt war.

Merveilleuses Vacances

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, à refaire sans hésiter. Vue splendide de la terrasse, appartement très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien, tout est équipé pour tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Et le ++++, c'est le propriétaire qui nous a offert un accueil formidable, charmant Monsieur, que nous serons ravis de revoir pour une prochaine destination vacances. 2° séjour à l'ïle bleue

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons apprécié l'ile bleue, mais le deuxième logement. Comme le premier il est très agréable, propre et décoré avec gout, bien équipé et la vue est la même. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons retrouvé des propriétaires toujours aussi accueillants et charmants. Nous confirmons notre première impression et conseillons cette location sans modération.
