Would not recommend

Stayed 3 nights for convenient location but sleep was disturbed each night with altercations outside our window. We only needed basic accommodation but the interior of room was very shabby and damaged from cigarettes even though there was a no smoking sign. Bathroom is very compact and tired. Floor was not cleaned. No temperature control for room. Plus points is that it is very easy to get to Marseille centre by bus. Parking is free and seems to be secure. Restaurants nearby.

Door did not close properly, did not either lock. No telephone signal in the rooms. Bad wifi speeds. Bad cigarett odor in the rooms. Yellow stains on the bed sheets. Nobody speaks english. Other than that it was ok

Sommier taché de sang . Dessus de lit pas propre et troué de brûlure de cigarette. Place handicapé prise par du personnel et sans cartes . Pas de sèche cheveux car volé ! Okey mais il serait judicieux dans avoir un et demander une pièce d’identité le temps de se sécher les cheveux ou autre en caution . Mais trouver une solution !!!! De même que le responsable vérifie et mette des petits mots sur les pares brises à ceux qui prennent deux places et empiètent sur les autres places et celles handicapées. Place moto collée à la place handicapée !!! Comment nous sortons de sa voiture quand on est diminué !!!!! De même les personnes qui parlent fort sur le balcon . Que le responsable agisse !!!! C’est son rôle !!!

Chambre deplorable

Chambre hotel déplorable, chambre mal laver , fourmi qui se promener sur le bureau ! Chasse d eau casser ,toile d'araignées, trou dans les murs et au sol , trou de cigarettes dans les draps !! Inadmissible de dormir avec des fourmi qui on etait dans nos affaires !!!je souhaiterai un remboursement des chambres ou un gestion commerciale pour mes prochaines réservations
