Basic but fine.

The reviews are pretty fair. For the price it’s not glamorous but it’s well located (30m from the Subway) and does the job. Check in took longer than it should have.

Be careful when you go

We travelled for the RWC and check in time was 1500. We turned up and the rooms weren't ready and the receptionist had to personally go and check each room individually. It took nearly 30 mins to check in and there were c.20 people waiting behind us. They were simply not ready for a large number of people turning up. Rooms were basic but clean and there was little noise outside of the hotel and with a metro station outside location was good

We stayed here to splurge on activities and food, but it was simply not worth it. We almost canceled and booked another hotel on night 1 but it was non refundable. Very hot — very hot. No AC or it doesn’t work. Very dirty. I didn’t allow myself to walk barefoot around. Stains on the bed frame. Mold in the shower. It’s far from everything. Overall bad experience

Terrible place to stay.

The area where the hotel is, is absolutely terrible and it doesn’t feel safe at all. My teenage daughter woke up to go to the bathroom at night and she suddenly shouted. I woke up and asked what happened, she sent me to have a look and I found cockroaches on the wall by the mirror. It was disgusting. On another occasion, the alarm went off so I made my way down via the stairs from the 6th floor on my to find no one at reception. I just found the whole place unprofessional and unsafe. To support what I am saying, I wrote to the management of the hotel upon my return to London and of course as yet no answer over three months.

Achtung scannen Id cards Ausweise ein

Bei Ankunft probierten sie meinen Reisepass einzuspannen, dieses ist in der EU strikt verboten eurpean data Protection Regulation! Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte das machen wir immer . Ich Verweigerte es natürlich. Das Hotel hat keine raumreinigung kein Handtuch oder Bettwäsche Wechsel. Wc Papier Seife erfolgt kein Wechsel. Müll bleibt auch nach 5 Tagen im Zimmer . Keine Klimaanlage!!! Personal war nett . Lage ist günstig u Bahn Fahrstuhl ist innen defekt

Accueil très sympathique mais propreté à revoir

J'ai passé 3 nuits au Montempô, et globalement le sejour s'est bien passé. L'hôtel est bien situé, il y a le métro juste en face, le tram à 5 min à pied et la gare à 25 min à pied (et 10 min de métro). Nous avions manqué notre train et nous sommes arrivés très tard, vers 1h du matin, mais nous avons été reçus par un accueil chaleureux de Nasser, qui nous a conseillés des lieux à visiter et des activités à faire. Globalement le service d'accueil est impeccable, Nasser et ses collègues sont d'une grande gentillesse et humanité. On nous a donné des bouteilles d'eau avant de partir en randonnée, et on a voulu nous offrir le petit-déjeuner (mais nous partions tôt). J'ai pu laisser mon sac dans la bagagerie pour faire mes activités du dernier jour sans être encombrée. En ce qui concerne la chambre, c'est moins positif. Bien qu'elle soit plutôt grande, lumineuse et avec un grand balcon, j'ai regretté une propreté qui laisse à désirer. Plusieurs cafards se promènent ici et là, les murs sont sales, et globalement le ménage est à revoir. La douche déborde très facilement car il n'y a aucun rebord, donc la salle-de-bain peut vite être inondée, et il n'y a pas de serpillière disponible à l'accueil. Enfin, il fait chaud, et bien qu'un ventilateur soit laissé à notre disposition, ça ne suffit pas lors des fortes chaleurs de l'été. Globalement ce fût un bon séjour, et je reviendrai volontiers mais que pour des courtes durées.

O quarto era sujo! Havia barataS e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Reclamei na recepção e me deram um ventilador para melhorar a situação, além de oferecer café da manhã como reparação. Mas não foi por isso que eu paguei. A cama era boa. A localização era em frente ao metrô, mas a vizinhança era suja.

Avis mitigé

Appart Hôtel de qualité moyenne, mais en rapport avec le faible prix de la nuit. Le système de clé était en panne, donc à chaque fois que l'on voulait entrer dans notre chambre, le réceptionniste devait monter avec nous pour nous ouvrir la porte ! De plus à notre arrivée, nous avons vu que l'établissement disposait d'un parking souterrain, à la réception, on nous a expliqué comment accéder à ce parking, mais on ne nous a pas demandé de le régler. Par conséquent lorsque nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel en plein milieu de la nuit, le réceptionniste à hésiter à nous ouvrir, heureusement il a bien voulu faire une exception pour nous, mais nous n'avons eu aucun reçu de sa part pour 10€ payé en espèces. Par contre, le petit déjeuner nous a été offert pour compenser le problème d'accès à la chambre.
