Maison idéalement située, à 2 pas du port du Vallon des Auffes et de la place Saint Eugène et à 15 minutes à pied du Vieux port.
Maison exposée Sud avec 3 terrasses, sur 2 niveaux.
On accède par des escalier à la grande terrasse 50m2 avec un coin salon, bar, une table et plancha pour pouvoir faire de bons diners, ou se reposer. On monte quelques marches et on arrive à la maison : cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de vie, le tout donnant sur une terrasse idéale pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner., au même niveau Salle de bain. WC
Au 1 étage : 3 chambres avec grand lit dont deux chambres les lits sont en mezzanine. Une dernière terrasse vue mer.

Maison très bien placée à 5 min à pied du petit port du Vallon des Auffes et sa piscine naturelle tout en étant au calme, stationnement facile grâce au garage, trois belles terrasses équipées pour passer de bonnes soirées (plancha, évier, frigo) décoration soignée et cuisine très pratique avec tout le nécessaire ! Très bonne communication et accueil d’AmelieOn se sent très vite à l’aise, bref en un seul mot PARFAIT pour un séjour détente et découverte de Marseille et ses environs

Vacances excellentes

Belle maison très fonctionnelle avec ses deux terrasses. Elle est située dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers de Marseille. Vous serez au calme et à quelques mètres de la plage. A recommander fortement.
