The building is located facing the Old Port: as soon as you step outside, you can enjoy an open view of the boats and the sea, right in the heart of the Marseille atmosphere.

Inside, the apartment includes:

A comfortable living room with a 3-seater sofa, large television and dining area
Two bedrooms, each with its own shower room, allowing each guest to enjoy their own space and maximum comfort
A separate toilet located in the hallway
A fully equipped contemporary kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, crockery and a Nespresso machine
A furnished courtyard with table, chairs and electric barbecue
The accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi included in the price.

No travel cot available.

Household linen is provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit including the following essentials, not replenished during the stay:

Cleaning products and laundry detergent
Two rolls of toilet paper and shower gel
Sugar, tea and coffee, one dose per person
Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Access to the accommodation is via self check-in, allowing you to arrive at the time of your choice, while knowing that we remain available nearby if needed.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is secured by double access.

Ideal for strolling, discovering local gastronomy or simply enjoying the Marseille atmosphere, the Old Port is a privileged starting point for exploring the city.

Nearby must-sees include La Canebière, Le Panier, Fort Saint-Nicolas and the Calanques.

Access and transport:

Metro: “Vieux-Port” station, Line 1, approximately 5 minutes on foot

Bus: lines 49 and 60 nearby

Tramway: line T2 accessible from the Old Port

Taxis and private hire vehicles are easily available in the area

Security deposit:

A €500 card pre-authorisation will be requested the day before your arrival. It covers any damage, loss or failure to comply with the rental conditions, such as damage, insufficient cleaning, exceeding the number of guests, etc.

This deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability in the event of higher damages.

Any incident must be reported within 4 hours of arrival or as soon as it is noticed, with supporting photos.

The deposit is automatically released within the week following your departure, provided that no issue is found.

Access to the accommodation is subject to validation of this deposit.

We remain available 7 days a week by phone, SMS or messaging throughout your stay.

We pay particular attention to cleanliness and the quality of your experience in order to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.

Recent works carried out in mid-October 2025, including soundproofing and general refurbishment, have significantly improved the comfort and quietness of the accommodation.

Check-in will be self check-in.

The accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.

Early arrival at 12:00 p.m.: €45
Early arrival at 1:00 p.m.: €30
Late check-out at 12:00 p.m.: €45
