I fully recommend this place. However, be aware that the 2nd dormitory has no windows of its own. I would come here again.

Great pool

We greatly enjoyed our week in this apartment. The main plus is the pool, which despite not being heated was warm enough to swim in first week of October, and the view of the Mediterranean. The grounds are well kept. The pool is shared with the other apartment in the house, which in our case was a nice German family.The location is perfect if you have a rental car (but you do need a car). The apartment itself has a nice, minimalist decor and is generally well equipped (although some basic kitchen utensils were missing, e.g. potholders and a spatula). The bedrooms have a couple of drawbacks - one is windowless and the air gets quite stuffy at night. The other has a very low ceiling (about 175 cm) and the floor slopes downwards. Our children were perfectly happy there, though. Our communication with the owners was limited and OK, for the most part. We arrived in the middle of the night, and appreciated that the owner let us in and helped us settle in at this very late hour. On the day of the departure, we were asked to leave earlier than we had hoped, at 10 a.m. The owner arrived five minutes to ten, inspected the apartment and made complaints about a couple of drinking glasses we had left standing in the bathroom and a couple of other small details (as we had paid a generous 50 euros for cleaning, we were surprised by the expectation that the apartment needed to be spotless upon departure). We then had to vacate the apartment in a few minutes because the owner was in a hurry and needed to leave for work. This procedure could have been handled more smoothly.

Urlaub mit super Aussicht

Tolle Aussicht, infinity-Pool bietet perfekte Abkühlung, super nette Gastgeberin, reibungslose herzliche Kommunikation, alles da was man braucht, nahe wunderschöner Stadt Cassis. Mit Auto ist alles gut machbar, ohne etwas schwieriger. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes Pool und Sicht auf Meer und Klippen. Im Viertel kommt man mit einem Code rein, was mehr Sicherheit für das Auto bietet. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Cassis entfernt. Anfang juni war es kein Problem für das Parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar.

A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cassis

We had a very nice stay at Les Terrasses de Cassis. As a family of five with three kids from 6 to 13, this place provided everything we needed for our stay in Cassis. The pictures shown here on the site are a couple years old, as the tress have grown since then, but the apartment and entire grounds are still just as beautiful and well maintained. The views are amazing of the hills around Cassis, the ocean, and the cliffs of Cap Canaille. The pool is fantastic and cleaned by salt filters rather than chemicals. Whenever we were not out enjoying the beautiful area, we were relaxing on the patio, swimming in the pool, or playing table tennis and boccia. You are renting a apartment in the lower level of the house. Nathalie and her family live upstairs and the owner, and elderly lady lives in the second apartment of the left side of the house. It was absolutely no issue for us with the other people in the house. We basically had the pool and the garden completely to ourselves during our stay. The few times that we saw the others at the house were no Interruption to our privacy. The view from the kitchen (double windows under the stairs in the lower right of the outside picture of the house) are fantastic and are the same as those shown here over the infinity pool. Everything we needed for cooking our own meals was available in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms, the second of which doesn't have a window but a ventilation system. The living room has two comfortable sleeper couches. Nathalie is a very nice host and we had good communication.

très beau logement au calme dans une impasse un mimosa en fleur chez le voisin. propre très bien agencé seul bemol quand le logement du dessus prend une douche plus d eau chaude et comme c etait en février... on l a signalé donc ça devrait se résoudre mais à part ce détail sejour au top nous retenons cette adresse😉

Tout est la pour passer d agreables vacances en famille...un terrain de petanque une table de ping pong pour les ados c est appréciable...le calme du quartier..la proximité du port..en voiture par contre sinon faut avoir de bons mollets...la region est accueillante..la route des cretes..les calanques particulierement sormiou qui est paradisiaque par contre comptez 1h30 de marche en pente aller retour...assez sportif tout de même mais le resultat vaut l effort.....le petit tour en bateau avec l eden boat et sam le skippeur restera le meilleur souvenir...le petit port de cassis est pour moi le plus jolie de la région....bref un exellent séjour passé chez homecassis...n hesitez plus..niveau rapport qualité prix tout est la...je deconseillerais la propriété aux familles d enf en bas age ou ne sachant pas nager....

Villa très agréable

La vue est vraiment très jolie, nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine au mois de janvier mais il était quand meme très agréable de se détendre à côté. La literie est plutôt confortable et la cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée. Tout est propre et en très bon état. La maison est bien placée sur les hauteurs de Cassis à quelques minutes en voiture du centre. Attention, les frais de menage de 30 € ne sont pas indiqués sur le site.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Cassis

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cassis verlebt. Die Wohnung ist modern, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr schön und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Cap Canaille. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kleiner Mangel: 1 Schlafzimmer besitzt kein Fenster nach draußen, daher zum Schlafen in der Hauptsaison ein wenig warm. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Cadre idyllique

Superbe semaine passée dans cet appartement de Cassis. Une vue dont on ne doit jamais se lasser. Bien situé, même on doit prendre la voiture ou la navette pour aller en ville ou à la plage. Appartement idéal pour un couple et deux enfants comme nous. Nous savons où nous loger quand nous retournerons dans cette région.

Schöne Wohnung, toller Pool, Super Aussicht

Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Ein toller sehr gepflegter Pool, Ruhe zum entspannen, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Bilder geben alles eins zu eins wieder. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Egal ob Restaurant Tipps oder sonstige Wünsche und Anregungen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

merveilleuse semaine

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, dans cette région et dans cet appartement. Impossible de se lasser de cette vue sur la mer et le cap Canaille avec un 1er plan sur la piscine. Le lotissement est au calme. le lieu correspond, en tous points, à la description faite. Nous souhaitons y retourner et recommandons la ballade à pied vers les Goudes et vers la calanque Sugiton. Deuxième séjour à Cassis

Notre second séjour dans ce gîte vient de s'achever et nous songeons déjà à y effectuer le prochain, nous ne nous lassons pas de la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, le cap canaille et la piscine à débordement. Nous apprécions aussi le confort du logement ainsi que les conseils des propriétaires, à la fois présents et discrets. Nous recommandons cette location à nos amis bien sûr, mais pas seulement...

Un lieu à recommander sur les hauteurs de cassis

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacance de repos dans un cadre idyllique, la vue est splendide, l'appartement est spacieux, propre et Nathalie a un goût certain pour la décoration. La maison est située sur les hauteurs de cassis, nous prenions le bus pour nous rendre au centre, en 5-10 minutes nous y étions. C'est très pratique, bravo à la ville de Cassis pour cette organisation. Nos enfants ont profité plus qu'il n'en faut de la piscine qui est incroyable avec sa vue sur le cap canaille que nous nous sommes pas lassés de regarder. Nous conseillons vivement cette location, nous sommes bien occupés toute l'année, ce fut une semaine de break qui fut trop courte, nous reviendrons et la gardons dans notre top 5 de destinations fétiches. A voir et à revoir.....

1 oasis de tranquillite et de bien etre!

Ns sommes arrives le 14jt et c est peu dire que les touristes affluent et que les plages st bondees.Quel plaisirde se retrouver au citronnier!L acceuil est chaleureux,Nathalie et Jacques st aux pts soins et leurs 2 enfants st si souriants et tjrs prets a rendre service.L appartement est decore avec gout(j y attache bp d importance),la baignade dslapiscine à debordement est 1 vrai plaisir,le tout niché ds 1 ecrin de verdure loin de la cohue touristique!Et cerise sur le gateau: lavue imprenable sur le cap Canaille:-) Je ne peux dc que conseiller vivement de passer vos vacances chez Nathalie et Jacques!Nous y avons sejournes 2 semaines et on ne s est jamais ennuye,il y a tant de choses interessantes à visiter!Merci encore pour votre accueil. Excellent sejour, La vue est exceptionnelle, un émerveillement a chaque regard, localisation tres calme, les proprietaires sont accueillant et tres discrets , la ville de cassis est vraiment tres jolie ainsi que les environs, nous sommes restait deux semaines mais c'est toujours trop court , la piscine est vraiment superbe aussi bien pour les grands que pour les petits.
