  • In the protected site of the creeks, facing the sea, villa with large enclosed garden and trees, terrace with a panoramic sea view south facing at 300 m from the beaches and close to the shopping facilities with parking space inside the property. It is an independent house consisting of a lounge, and a living room with sea view, a separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, 1 separate toilet, and one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
    THE OUTGOING CLEANING CHARGE IS €150, PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL.
