Amazing dinner

Excellent location for the old port and the stadium. Room was comfortable and had what we needed. The food at dinner was amazing. Freshly cooked, French food at a crazy good price. If you stay here the dinner will be worth it!

Bare minimum room near Marseilles

I arrived late to this hotel (after midnite) and someone was in reception to check us in but there were no lights in the stairs or hallway which made it difficult to find our room. It was a minimal hotel room with only a sheet and one pillow but it was sufficient. It did have a clean bathroom. However there appears to be no coffee or tea available.

Simple but outdated accommodation, bed is comfortable, shower was simple, didn’t have a proper shower holder, no shower gels only 1 pre packed soap bar. AC was good, not in the best area, staff was friendly, parking was easy. You get what you pay for.

Short stay in France

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very basic and had to change room as aircon was not working. No lift to top floor, all stairs. We had a noisy guest next door shouting from some dispute with partner so kept us awake. Positives, food was good, friendly staff, free parking and dog friendly. Cheapish hotel in a high end city...

Overall I was fairly happy. On the plus side, very warm and comfortable bed with a TV even though I don't speak French! Shower was adequate. Powerful but hand held. Could have done with an extra shelf for a shaving mirror to stand on. The biggest downside is that there is free Wi-Fi but it doesn't actually work in the room! From a location point of view, I should have done more research before booking. This was my first time in Marseille and I'm not exactly the most experienced of travellers. Luckily I had a French friend who helped me the first time we journeyed to the centre of Marseille. After breaking my public transport anxiety, it became very simple catching the bus and Metro. Unfortunately if you stay out too late you will probably need a taxi back which was about 20 to 25 Euros. For this reason, I will look for something closer to the centre next time.

The whole hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed sheets had burn marks on them. On the first night, at around 1:00 a.m., a woman was screaming for about 15 minutes. The staff said they removed her, but the incident was very frightening. The hotel’s location is also in a very rough neighborhood, which made me feel unsafe.

Basic and tired.

Disappointed with room, no shower rail, no hairdryer, no kettle, very basic and smelt musty. No bottled water in room, no common area, microwave, fridge or tea and coffee facilities which were all promised in hotel description. Very basic and tired throughout.

Alors nous étions descendu dans cet établissement il y a quelques années et c'était très bien à l'époque, nous en avions gardé un très bon souvenir....et là quelle déception ! Déjà personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée ? Il a fallu sonner 2 fois avant de voir quelqu'un et notre chambre certe propre mais c'est le minimum demandé, mais sans petit plus, pas de produits de bienvenue dans la salle d'eau, petits déjeuners minimalistes sur plateau, pas de choix de thé, un petit pain, un pain au chocolat et un jus de fruits...plus d'orange je vous met de la pomme ! Bref un établissement bien situé et au calme, belle terrasse pour les petits déjeuners,avec un grand parking et des chambres spacieuses et bien agencées, des parties communes agréables et vastes où un ascenseur pourrait trouver sa place mais qui mériterait une remise en question au niveau de l'organisation et gestion du personnel...et même au sein même de la direction (scotcher une table H24 à fumer et boire sans répondre au demandes des clients... moyen) Donc dommage, mais nous ne reviendrons pas !

bonjour sommes arrives a l hôtel avec mon amie pour une nuitée . devant la porte de l hôtel une descente de police entrain d interpeller une personne . avons regagne notre chambre a la limite de l insalubrité. une odeur de drogue folttait dans la chambre. nous sommes redescendus a l accueil et avons rendu les clés a l accueil donnant conges de notre chambre .avons demande le remboursement de la nuitée .nous avons eu trop peur . une prochaine fois a Marseille .

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine après midi et en ouvrant la porte nous remarquons que la fenêtre est grande ouverte alors qu’il faisait 30 degrés. De plus, la climatisation ne marchait pas, les volets ne marchaient pas non plus. On s’est fait réveillé à 5h du matin par la chaleur et la lumière du jour. Cependant, le personnel était impeccable, dommage qu’il y ai de telles incohérences entre l’annonce et la réalité…

Hôtel qui mérite d'être remis au goût du jour. Propre certes mais vieillissant autant dans les installations, le mobilier, la décoration etc. Insonorisation inexistante. Le tarif de la chmbre, (74€) du repas (25€) du petit-déjeuner (9€/pers) est très élevé. Vous nous vendez un petit déjeuner varié en buffet alors que nous avons été servi d'un plateau type "cantine à bas prix comprenant : un verre de jus de pomme, un café, une vienoiserie, un petit pain blanc, une portion de beurre et une portion de confiture. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Le seul point positif est son parking privé.
