Nice small hotel close to pedestrian area and Harbour. Relatively small room/bathroom, but very good bed! Breakfast not very ‘interesting’. Nice people running the place. We could use it another time!

This is a boutique hotel that is one of the nicest 3*s I’ve stayed at. The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel room and breakfast area are clean ans neat. Housekeeping attended daily. I’d stay again for sure if I was in the area. PS this is France, there is no hot breakfast option, only continental.

Pros: good deal for a price, clean, location. Cons: Parking only FOR 5 CARS. So, if you came late, you will pay 20 euros for a nearby parking. And it will increase the price for a night. For me, i could get a room in other hotel with unlimited parking, for a money of this one plus 20 euros:). Another thing, there's absolutely nobody at the front desk after 8 p.m. And if you call an emergency line, there's nobody speaking English. So, if you don't speak French, make sure you are coming before 8 p.m.; otherwise, you won't be able to find out what your room number is. I kindly suggested to a manager to creat a template email in English and send it to every guest running late - hopefully they will listen. A management tried to talk to me about my bad google review, and in USA we offer something (gift) to a client to smooth the situation. No offers to pay for my parking (which i hoped to get for free) nor anything was made - only apologies...Sorry guys - bad service is bad service; however, i do appreciate all a hard work of the supportive staff!

Bed bugs infestation

The room was infested with bed bugs. Three sleepless nights. On third night two bed bugs were cut at 5 am and presented to the hotel staff later in the morning. Horrible experience.

Un séjour très agréable à La Rotonde !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel La Rotonde. Juste à côté du vieux Port, 10 mn de marche douce. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : les viennoiseries sont fraîches et de très bonne qualité, le buffet offre un jus d’orange de qualité , un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée ! La literie est confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. La chambre est propre et bien aménagée. Certes, la salle de bain est petite, mais parfaitement fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour agréable à La Ciotat !

Petit hôtel en pleine ville de la Ciotat, dans quartier calme, à 200 m du port, avec parking sous-terrain . Idéal pour séjour court. Très bon accueil. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux. l'accès avec le gps se fait sans problème. Hotel sympa faisant penser aux établissements des années 60-70 mais avec tout le confort actuel.

Hotel tres bien situe

Hotel tres bien situe a la ciotat, le port est accesible a pied. Le parking existant est dote de 6 places dont 1 electrique pour 30 chambres. C est insuffisant. Le parking prive en face est payant et peut affiche complet en periode estivale. Alors que se garer dans la rue est gratuit la nuit de 19h00 a 9h00. La responsable donne le mauvais exemple aux clients en se garant sur le passage de la securite incendie. L aspirateur n est pas passe tous les jours. Le personnel est cependant sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il manque un coffre fort et le mini bar est un peu trop petit. Il vaut mieux arrive avant 20h comme precise sinon c est l accueil par le gardien qui ne parle pas anglais.
