Regarding the temperatures, the villa is well presented e in the ad "without air conditioning". The heat wave that France has been experiencing for several weeks is exceptional with temperatures up to 43° and fires all over our beautiful country. We are sorry that your reservation took place during this period. The outdoor shower, swimming pool, fans and drafts normally serve as "natural and ecological air conditioning". It seems that you have booked knowingly. Regarding the games room, it is clearly stated on the announcement and the rental contract that the basement was closed. Finally, concerning the security deposit, on your many insistences and to please you, I made the transfer within 72 hours whereas normally this is done within 15 days. We hope that you will also understand our position and points of view. That said, all our vacationers were more than delighted with their stay and again sorry for you.
