Petite maison avec jardin non entretenu. Mobilier bricolé hormis pour la cuisine bien équipée.

Nous avons pu accéder facilement dans la maison et bien reçues par le voisin. Cependant une caméra était installée dans la maison et on se sentait épiés. Je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment légale d'ailleurs. La piscine est petite mais sympa malheureusement pas très bien entretenue. On a trouvé pas mal de petites saletés qu'un minuscule robot ne pouvait nettoyer avec la meilleure volonté du monde. Il n'y a que 2 chambres et la literie pas du tout confortable. La salle de bains est correcte mais l'eau chaude ne suffisait que pour 3 personnes. Le ballon n'est certainement pas suffisant. Les tables de jardin étaient sales ainsi que les chaises. Elles n'ont pas été nettoyées avant notre entrée dans les lieux. Le ménage d'une façon générale était très succint. Autrement la région est magnifique et nous avons pu faire un bon barbecue avec des amies de passage. Le prix était tout de même un peu élevé vu la qualité de la maison et de ses équipements. Je mets une note de 2.5 sur 5

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est bien situé, avec un superbe extérieur. De plus l’hôte est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement.

Quelle deception à notre arrivée!

Nous avons passé deux semaines en août 2016 dans cette maison de Cassis. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été très surpris par le fait que la propriété comporte plusieurs appartements (au nombre de trois, dont deux étaient occupés) et donc des voisins. La maison possède un agréable grand jardin, avec une piscine de très belle taille (qui nous était entièrement réservée, les voisins n’y ont pas accès), malheureusement durant notre séjour nous en avons été privé pendant trois jours pour défaut d’entretien. Les lieus sont assez anciens et auraient besoin d’être rafraîchis et remis en état, la maison manque de confort à l’intérieur (canapé, fauteuil, bain de soleil extérieur, et d’intimité au niveau agencement comprenant la salle de bain, les toilettes et une des chambres. Sans oublier que nous avons été réveillés par notre voisin d’à côté qui pouvait rentrer tard la nuit et mettre la télé. La maison se trouve en bordure d’avenue et à 50m de la voie ferrée environ menant à la gare de Cassis se trouvant à 150m, donc très bruyante (passage des trains et de camions faisant des allées et venues avec une carrière). La dame chargée de l’accueil et de la restitution de la maison était très agréable et de bon conseil. Point positif Il y avait possibilité de prendre des navettes directement à la gare pour se rendre à Cassis et ce fut très pratique.

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes dont 3 enfants , nous avons occupé cette maison et bien profité des lieux et de l'environnement . Nous y avons reçus régulièrement de la famille . Pour nous qui venons du nord de la France pouvoir profiter autant de l'extérieur pendant pendant plusieurs mois c'était juste magique . Nous avons exigés que la maison soit vide pour y mettre nos meubles , dans notre bail de location, il y a une clause dans laquelle nous devions laisser rentrer le personnel pour l'entretien des espaces vert et de la piscine , sa situation géographique bien pratiqué les déplacement des enfants en train pour se rendre à Marseille au lycée Thiers . Sa situation géographique , la clarté des pièces, le jardin la piscine très agréable pour se délasser après une journée de travail une propriétaire discrète tout en étant présente Le seul point négatif le coq du voisin ... Pour y avoir vécu une année entière nous recommandons cette location très agréable , notre regret a été de la quitter en espérant y revenir bientôt . S. Maison conforme a sa description nous avions des craintes pour le bruit du train mais vraiment pas gênant je dirai même bien pratique au contraire nous avons passées 15 jours. Fort agréable la propriétaire agréable et discrète ,le voisinage habite inexistant .Nous avons gardés les coordonnées de contact en espérant pouvoir y passer un nouveau séjour A Recommander Famille Martello

Very poor quality - we left after 1 night

This property was an expensive disappointment to our family of 2 adults and 3 children. Set in a group of similar buildings, it was in a poor state of repair with crumbling fixtures and fittings, patchy paintwork, broken lamps and poorly-assembled IKEA shelving acting as benches - just 3 inches from the ground! Piles of mattresses outside completed a picture not far off a derelict building site. Dirty bath, missing plugs and broken toilet fittings completed the picture. We have photos of all of this if anyone is interested - but we recommend avoiding the property. Jacqueline, the owner, is friendly. And despite losing all our money to her (we paid in full, left after one night and had a great stay elsewhere in Provence), we found it hilarious as she repeatedly asked us "What's the problem?" as we pointed out each issue. Avoid.
