DUPLEX WITH GARAGE BETWEEN BEACHES AND TOWN CENTER
Park your car and go on foot: all the shops in the city center, entertainment and services such as ports and beaches are easily accessible to you about 500m from the rental. The apartment is located on a quiet avenue due to its recent treatment in "Zone 30" and a new traffic plan which eliminates all transit, bus and truck traffic. You will also enjoy in this new construction, a splendid view of the gulf from the terrace on the second level as well as air conditioning (reversible) and possible access, free, to the Internet (wifi). The rental is "non-smoking" and pets are not allowed.
Main equipment: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, two halogen plates, washing machine, possible WiFi access and 160-channel television, plenty of storage.
New and independent townhouse built according to RT2012 thermal standards, located in a lively area, at the outer limit of the city center, close to the pedestrian and shopping routes, the marina, the Eden Theater (historic cinema of the Lumière Brothers) ), the City Garden and the "soft road" reserved for pedestrians and bikes. Also very close to the Hospital Center and the Notre Dame de Bon Voyage functional rehabilitation center. The old port with all its activities such as the first beaches (Capucins beach) are less than 10 minutes walk.
It consists, from bottom to top, of a closed garage to accommodate a sedan (limited height 1. 90m, entrance width: 2. 30m). In the garage, the available space can also accommodate bikes, motorcycles, boards or strollers for children. On the first level: two independent bedrooms (one with a 140x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds) with storage, a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, towel dryer and washing machine and separate toilets. On the second level the living room consists of a living area with large sofa, TV, CD radio and USB, WiFi connection (free under conditions) and opens onto a terrace of around 10m² equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as a folding shelf with two bar stools which offers the possibility of having breakfast or an aperitif facing the sea. Two sun loungers are available for sunbathers and a roll-up blind allows you to protect yourself from the sun if necessary. In the kitchen, there is a large table, a "table top" fridge with freezer compartment, two halogen plates, a traditional mini oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (Senseo type) , toaster, kettle, blinder. Also available are vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well as basic household products. Two blankets are available for each of the beds (no duvet) but sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided. The tenant can, however, rent them from the concierge service, who will be his contact by notifying a few days before arrival. It is also possible to rent linen from local laundromats.
The current cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, the basic cleaning, on departure, is provided by the owner.
Access: La Ciotat station (that of the "arrival of the train ..." of the Lumière Brothers) is 4km from the city center and a bus line, in connection with the trains, Line 40, has a stop 50m from location). A taxi service also provides services. Cartreize rapid shuttles (line 69) connect La Ciotat (stop 50m) to the center of Marseille (then Marseille St Charles station by either of the two metro lines). Marseille Marignane Airport is 60km from La Ciotat, either an hour by car or accessible by regular shuttle between Marseille Saint Charles bus station and the airport.
Activities: Many activities are offered in summer, mainly in relation to the sea: sailing, diving, apnea, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, underwater vision, sea trips to the creeks and the highest cliffs in Europe between La Ciotat and Cassis. Votive festivals around August 15 with Provencal games, fireworks, folk dances ... Shuttle boats ensure from the old port serving the Green Island, the only wooded island in the department (beaches, promenade, tavern) In February: music festival, the Musicales, In April, important boat show: Les Nauticales In May, a film festival, In July and August, music and jazz festivals All year round, farmers market on Tuesday morning and Sunday morning and summer craft market every evening on the old port. But the Ciotaden coastline is not just the sea! : nearby, many museums offer visitors a wide range of exceptional cultural resources. Among the most remarkable places:

Bel appartement, très bien équipé, très bien situé et surtout avec un garage. Que dire de la terrasse et sa vue. Tout simplement geniale pour regarderOn recommande vivement
Nous avons passés un super séjour, soleil au rendez-vous, acceuil et logement top, vue mer, très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville, du port, de la plage, du parc de Mugel, des calanques...tout est accessible à pied, on laisse la voiture au garage...les vacances!!Je recommande.
Schönes Häuschen - in einer sehr guten zentralen Lage
Sehr schönes Häuschen - mit einer tollen Ausstattung, Lage toll alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Leider waren zu unserer Reisezeit zwei Großbaustellen in der Stadt und in direkter Nachbarschaft wurden zwei Häuser komplett saniert. Alles mit viel Lärm und daher nicht wirklich erholsam für uns.
Séjour de fin d’année - réveillon - avec objectif mixte randonnée / culturel ! Pas déçus !.., Marseille à 1/2h de bus , Aix en Provence à 40mn par l’autoroute et belles randos dans les calanques par grand beau temps !

Une semaine en famille à la Ciotat régénérante dans un bel appartement bien situé.
La personne se chargeant de l'accueil est très sympathique.
La proximité immédiate de tous les commerces est idéale, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture une seule fois.
L'appartement est optimalement équipé.
Seule "petite" remarque, il manque uniquement un barbecue électrique pour faire nos grillades sur la terrasse, afin d'éviter les odeurs de grillade dans la maison.

Appartement nickel proche de la mer de la rue des poilus des commerces. Acceuil super merci à francine. Propriétaire a l ecoute. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances a ne pas vouloir repartir.illes merci encore au Propriétaire pour da confiance et a francine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avec une superbe vue sur le port. Néanmoins la chambre côté rue est légèrement bruyante.

Très agréable séjour dans cet petite maison de bourg. Bien situé, 2 min du port. propre, bien agencé, tout y est. On se sent chez soi très rapidement. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec la personne qui nous accueille. Je recommande.

L’appartement de monsieur Geonget est très agréable et très bien équipé. Pour nôtre séjour en famille ( avec deux enfants), c’était parfait. La vue que l’on a depuis la terrasse est fantastique et l’emplacement de l’appartement est très pratique. L’accueil de Francine était très chaleureux.

Das Haus ist klein aber sehr schon eingerichtet.
Parkmöglichkeit eng aber es reicht für einen Toyota Auris.
Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls klein aber super toll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kuche mit Terasse ist einfach super. Haben einen tollen Urlaub gehabt.
L’appartement est vraiment bien situé, tout proche du centre-ville et de la mer et très bien équipé.
La garage est une vraie valeur ajoutée pour stationner ou entreposer des vélos…La terrasse permet de bénéficier d’une vue sur la mer et du soleil toute la journée.
Nous avons été en contact régulier avec le propriétaire qui nous a fournit toutes les infos nécessaires à notre séjour.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Für mein Auto (Mercedes E Klasse Kombi) ist die Garage allerdings grenzwertig. Aussteigen kann man nur bei halb geöffneter Tür über die Beifahrerseite, ABER…..es sind dort fast immer alle Parkplätze an den Straßen belegt, sodass man diesen Umstand in Kauf nehmen muss (sollte). Ansonsten kann man dort sehr gut leben und alles rund um den Einkauf und essen ist fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
