We had a small studio, the bed was a comfortable pull out sofa. Well renovated. Getting the key was very complicated. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. It needed hooks for hanging coats.

Very convenient location. Would be great if the host provides the addresses of some close-by parking options (I may have missed this information, but was very easy to find parking, behind the cinema building).

It just did not make sense that in order to get into the apartment, we had to go all the way to Ibis hotel to collect the key. This is totally unacceptable and doesn’t make sense especially for travellers who are not from France. It was inconvenient and we found it hard to actually navigate around with our luggage walking to go and collect the key from Ibis hotel and then make your way to the apartment. In addition, there is no response or communication, very poorly handled. PLEASE IMPROVE!!!

Logistique compliqué car il faut récupérer les clés à une autre adresse du logement situé à 20 min à pied. Ce n’est pas un « appart hôtel » mais un appartement divisée en quatre chambre AirBnb. la porte principale reste ouverte tout le temps. On est pas les bienvenus dans l’immeuble car plusieurs panneaux indiquant « non au Airbnb et locations «

Giriş yaptığımızda odanın temizliği fena değildi, ama ne banyoda ne de odada hiç askı olmadığı için kolayca dağılıyor, bavulları koyacak yer bile yoktu, odada yürüyecek yer kalmıyordu çekyat açıldığında. Havalandırma yoktu, duşta suyun sıcaklığı ayarlanamıyordu, termosifon açıldığında su akıtıyordu ve tüm banyo kirlendi. Mutfak yeterliydi, merkezi konumdaydı, 1-2 gece kalınacaksa tercih edilmeli.

Parfait pour 1 ou 2 nuits

Logement super bien placé, confortable et propre. Parfait pour 1 ou 2 jours seul ou à 2. Moderne et agréable. Seuls points négatifs : l’arrivée et se fait à 10min à pied dans un hôtel ibis pour réceptionner les clés, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas très bien isolé au niveau sonore. Ça reste un très bon logement peu cher et bien placé.

J’avais réservé un appartement rue routière à Marseille. Mon expérience a été particulièrement désagréable. L’entrée était prévue à 15 h mercredi 16 avril. Personne n’est sur place pour l’accueil . Il a fallu se rendre dans un hôtel ibis rue sainte pour retirer la clé. A 15 h le code reçu n’était pas actif. J’ai pu contacter une personne qui m’a précisé que le nettoyage n’était pas finalisé. La personne m’a contactée à 16 heures, soit une heure de retard, pour me dire qu’elle était sur place. Cette incorrection n’est pas acceptable

Très mauvais établissement. L'hébergement n'était tout simplement non conforme à la réservation d'un appartement De Luxe annoncé avec une chambre séparé. Or il n'en a rien été, la chambre séparée -pourtant dûment facturée- n'existait pas. Après contact avec l'hébergement, ce dernier a rejeté la faute sur le site qui indiquait "une chambre - canapé-lit# alors qu'il n'y a que le canapé-lit. Très amateur. L'hôte nous a dit ne rien avoir dans cette résidence mais qu'ils allaient regarder la disponibilité sur d'autres établissements....et n'a jamais daigné nous apporté une réponse, même négative. C'est le B.A.BA de fournir l'hébergement commandé, rien que pour cela, c'est inacceptable. A signaler également un vrai calvaire pour rentrer dans l'immeuble lors du check in : le code fourni ne fonctionnait pas, après 2 autres nouveaux numéro....finalement on nous a informé que le digicode était HS. Très amateur et peu apprécié lorsqu'on couple avec une journée de trajet et surtout la désagréable surprise de découvrir la non conformité de la réservation. Seul point positif, l'apparentent était très propre..

Le logement est bien équipée avec un lave linge salle de bain avec baignoire a bulles et bouquet final un sauna. Le seul bémol c est l entree. Aucune possibilité de rentrer dans le bâtiment seul si on ne possède pas la clé qui ouvre celui ci . Pas de possibilité de stationnement hors parking de ville

+ : personnel réactif et accueillant, appartement très fonctionnel (plaque de cuisson, four, machine à laver, machine a café, frigo, bouilloire, grille pain aspirateur, télé connectée), appartement propre (neuf). Baignoire+sauna. - à l'attention du personnel : pas de produit d'hygiène, pas de produit machine, pas de produit vaisselle (les contenants sont présents) un interrupteur chambre non fonctionnel, il manquerait un sèche cheveux et un fer à repasser, le porte serviette est collé et se décolle si on pose la serviette trop longtemps.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marseille. Le logement était magnifique, bien équipé et idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, dans le quartier animé de Saint-Charles, à quelques minutes du Vieux-Port. En cas de problème, l'équipe a toujours été réactive et attentive à la situation. Un grand merci à la gouvernante sur place !
