On the garden level, the flat comprises a large kitchen with dining area and desk, a bedroom with living area (king-size bed and sofa) opening onto a private terrace, and a shower room with wc.
Shared access to the garden, where you will find a boules pitch, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining furniture.
