This two-story property features a step-free interior, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (including a 12 m² mezzanine with new carpeting), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, books and toys for children, as well as a baby cot and high chair. Outside, relax in your private garden, on the open or covered terrace, enjoy a barbecue, or let children play in the playground area.



The beach is just 600 m away, accessible directly via a path from the cottage. Public transport is within walking distance. The 48 m² cottage offers three rooms: a comfortable living area, a modern kitchen with breakfast included, 2 bedrooms, private parking, a furnished front terrace, and a rear patio with lounge area and garden furniture. Set in the heart of the Calanques of the Côte Bleue, you’re only a few hundred meters from beaches and coves. The SNCF train station is 1 km away.
