Large terrace with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. Living room with kitchenette (microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle ....) sofa bed, television, private washing machine, heating. Room: bed 140 cm, cabin: 2 bunk beds 90 cm, sofa bed stay. Quiet and secure residence close to shops and the seafront. closed parking.

SUPER SEMAINE DE VACANCES !

L’appartement était très propre, très agréable, et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié sa superbe terrasse ! Il est situé en plein cœur de Marseillan-plage mais très calme pour autant. Toutes les commodités et la plage sont à quelques minutes à pied. Nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser notre voiture et avons pu la laisser au parking sécurisé, ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant !Nous pourrons volontiers relouer cet appartement sans aucune hésitation ! De plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute !

Petit logement mais tout y est. Seul regret sur le nettoyage des prédécesseurs.... tasse et assiette rangées et non lavées. Table de cuisine très collante. C est malheureux qu il y en ai toujours qui soient obligés de faire le boulot des autres ! Petit bémol : les propriétaires n y sont pour rien.

Location parfaitement située prés des commerces et des bars et restaurants. Equipements conformes à nos attentes. Entrée dans les lieux autonome. Résidence et parking sécurisés. Terrasse spacieuse mais proximité des voisins dérangeante pour peu que ces derniers fassent griller des sardines ou aient des enfants braillards jusqu'à pas d'heure.

Rien ne manque. Les plus : tranquillité (3ième semaine de juin), espace terrasse couvert, de quoi cuisiner en vacances comme à la maison, sanitaires très satisfaisants, parking fermé et à la porte du logement. Les commerces sont à 2 pas, faites 2 pas de plus et vous voici à la plage.
