Dejligt stort skyggefuldt morbærtræ i haven, som er fint indhegnet og god til en lille hund. Ligger lig op ad en gennemgangssti, med relativ meget gående trafik. "Græsplæne" i haven lignede en grøftekant med vilde blomster. Skulle måske have været klippet lidt kortere. I køkkenet var der en mærkelig vandhane, som skal aktiveres med et tryk under tuden, hvilket er svært med næsten kogende vand. Madrasserne i sengene er meget bulede, og med en stor bule på midten.Vi var uheldige at være der i en periode med hedebølge, og den opstillede ventilator, støjede og kørte kun langsomt rundt, så vi investerede selv i en ventilator.Dejlige rolige omgivelser, fin udsigt udenfor området til vandsiden.

Maison agréable pour la détente et le repos. Un lieu calme et paisible. Maison avec vu sur l'étang de thau. Jardin appréciable. Le fait que notre chien soit accepter est un gros plus. Maison propre mais inconfortable

La maison était propre, la cuisine était bie n équipée. Nous regrettions qu'il n'y ait pas de vraies moustiquaire aux fenêtres des chambres pour les ouvrir la nuit, du coup nous avions très chaud. La literie est moyenne (matelas mou). Le canapé du salon est inconfortable.

Petite escapade dans l’Hérault

Séjour de 4 jours à Marseillan , nous avons visité,dégusté,profité de tout ce que le secteur nous proposait. Le logement est adapté pour 4 adultes. Un seul bémol : la porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas bien. Le reste est très correct,très propre et la propriétaire nous a gentiment offert le supplément de 20 euro pour le chien qui nous accompagnait. Rien à redire , nous gardons l’adresse.

Notre pire expérience de vacances

On vous annonce que des ventilateurs sont suffisants pour rafraîchir l'habitation, cependant en cas de période caniculaire comme les bulletins d'alertes de ce mois d'août et le logement étant mal isolé, les températures peuvent atteindre 35 dans l'habitation même volets constamment fermés. Si vous avez des enfants et/ou animaux de compagnie fuyez ! Sans compter qu'aucun état des lieux des précédents occupants n'a été effectué avant notre arrivée puisque la personne qui accueille les locataires arrive en retard et résultats nous trouvons une cuisine sale et de la nourriture moisie dans le micro-ondes ! Cerise sur le gâteau : on nous débite 100 euros d'extras pour des dégâts dont nous ne sommes pas responsables ! Si vous ne faites pas partie de la clientèle d'habitués vous servirez de "Vache à lait" pour les frais annexes de la location. Extrêmement déçu de l'expérience, propriétaires malhonnêtes.

Deuxième fois que nous sejournons dans ce bien. Toujours aussi satisfait, l'emplacement est idéal, la résidence calme et la piscine est appréciable. Endroit magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette jolie maison clôturée et très bien équipée. Elle est située dans une résidence au calme disposant d’une belle piscine. Les échanges avec les résidents et les habitants de Marseillan furent enrichissants et fort sympathiques. Sitôt passé le portail au fond du jardin, nous nous trouvons devant l’étang de Thau où un chemin aménagé pour les piétons nous mène jusqu’au port qui dispose de plusieurs restaurants et bars, l’animation est garantie. Le lever du soleil sur l’étang restera un moment inoubliable de ces vacances. Le marché de Marseillan plage permet de se fournir en légumes et fruits frais et en succulents plats cuisinés par le boucher et le poissonnier. Nous recommandons cet endroit et espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt. Liliane et Nicole
