Check-in was remote and smoothly navigated over the phone. The property itself is excellent both in terms of location (shops, restaurants nearby) as well as size of the apt. There were 3 minor issues - slightly mold/grout in one of the showers, water mixer in 1 shower too hot, and the coffee machine was leaking water causing slightly spill.

Large, beautiful room. Really friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that we would have changed would be for breakfast to stay open until 10am instead of 9.30am

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely staff. Location is excellent, close to station and city centre. Parking is limited but Q-Park Sovereign Square is 10 mins walk away and discounted.

Bit of a hike from the car park. I suggest you drop off everything at the hotel before parking. I had to ask about the parking validation, as it was not mentioned, but easy. Room ok, looks out of date. NO USB ports in room. Could not charge phone. Now bad bit. Woken at 2am by loud banging and noises, next room had no soundproofing to speak of. Lost a hours sleep. Breakfast ok. Half way through eating it, I went to get a drink and it was all cleared away in the 2 minutes I was away.. Useful point, it’s on the south side of Leeds and is fairly quick to get on the motorway. Probably stay again, but take some earplugs

The property was centrally located and well equipped. There was no microwave but we didn't need it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags which were then taken to our flat for us. This is a lovely home away from home. We would stay there again.
