Ta` Juli apartment is a nicely furnished one bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of a block of ten units served with a lift. This apartment is situated in a smart new residential area (known as Montvale Court), very central area in Marsascala.

On entering the apartment, one is welcomed in an airy kitchen/living/dining area which comes with a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. A small balcony overlooks the street.

The living area comes with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a bed to accommodate an extra guest. The living area also includes a TV.

A place to stay while visiting Malta.

The property is strategically located close to food stores, restaurants and public bus terminus. Although situated in a densely populated area one rarely hears any noise, day or night. It makes for a very restful place. The only missing items that we can think of are a couple of fans and mosquito screens on the sliding door and window. these will be very helpful during the heat wave. As for the owner/manager, she is respectful of the renter's privacy and helpful, if help is needed.
