The cover on the hot tub was in terrible condition, we didn’t even consider using it. Breakfast was ok, would have been better with just a good continental breakfast. The pool was “being refurbished” so unable to use it. Whilst a good hotel close to the old centre of Valletta, it really wasn’t “Boutique”

On arrival, everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and let us store our luggage as we were early. Unfortunately, the A/C and TV were not working and there was no fridge/mini bar as advertised. The front desk staff really was not helpful in resolving any of these issues. On a positive note, the bed was super comfortable and the location was great.

The hotel staff were exceptional in all aspects. The hotel is in a good location for all valletta attractions and walks. The main bus station is 3 mins walk and from there you have access to everywhere on the main island. Would strongly reccomend the hotel.

Schöne Unterkunft und gute Lage zum Besuch on Valetta. Pool auf dem Dach kostenlos nutzbar, leider reservieren die Besuchen diesen und kommen dann nicht. Die Assstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, Safe war defekt und wurde auch nicht ersetzt, keine Minikühlschrank, erst nach 3 maligen Nachfragen kam einer. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, sah überschuabar aus und das für 14 Euro. Kaffeautomat am Eingang kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Leider geht die Strasse direkt am Hotel vorbei und diese ist extrem laut.

Pro-excellent location 5/10 minutes walk from Triton fountain & bus station.Hot tub on roof was great,you have to book this at reception and it is for your own personal use.Unlimited hot drinks from machine in reception. Negatives-unfortunately this hotel was being renovated during our stay. We had no information regarding this. Checked into our room to find the safe in bits,so I tried to phone reception but phone wasn’t working.I went back to reception only to be told they were waiting on new suppliers, resulting in us having to take our passports and money with us when out of our room.I had absolutely no issue with the workman but there were so many coming and going,I was very glad my husband was with me and I wasn’t a solo traveller, again with the room phone being out of order we had no means of help should we have needed it.Not sure if there are health and safety policies in Malta…. But a lot of things were not what we would expect in the UK.The room on first glance looked very modern, clean, freshly painted.We were 3rd floor with a small balcony. Few snagging points noticed but this may be fixed when the hotel is finished being upgraded.Breakfast on the first morning was 40 minutes late, thankfully our prebooked tour was at 10am. Don’t expect a banquet.Bread/cheese/yogurts/apples/fried & scrambled eggs. Staff were foreign so unable to fully understand us.Indoor cave pool was definitely not heated. Lots of nice eating places close by,Jeff’s,Turkish, pizza.

Location was good. Staff were nice and the room was in good condition with a nice shower. It is nice having a balcony. The negatives were that the jacuzzi was broken and we also weren't told at check-in. The hot water frequently ran out. In the night you could hear the lift and pipework. Breakfast seemed pretty expensive but we just went to Jeff's round the corner which was great and very cheap.

Good size room and decent location right outside the gates of Valletta. It’s a small hotel with minimal staff interaction (they seemed ambivalent to our existence if I can be honest). The biggest knock was how shabby the room was, especially the bathroom/shower and unswept floors in the room. Overall what I should have expected from a 3-star, but it could have been a nicer experience with a bit more care and attention to cleanliness.

Everything is very sweet, and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The main issue is the pervasive smell of drains from the bathroom. I suspect this is an issue across Valletta. As we were only staying 4 nights, we tolerated it with the aircon on in the bathroom all night. A shame, as everything else is very sweet.
