"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"The two apartments are spacious, clean and situated near both local amenities and Bugibba itself. The apartments were quiet and felt very safe for our range of ages (5 to 57). The sea view was lovely. Milena was great and very helpful when we needed to leave our bags due to a late departure. I would highly recommend the apartments."

""Pool" is tiny, not big enough to swim in, more a plunge pool. Long, black hairs in the bed on arrival (I have short, brown hair). Hairs and stains and scuff marks on the sofa and chair. Wallpaper damaged, squeaky bed, towel rail broken in one bathroom, shower rail broken in the other. Kettle didn't work. Crockery was a mish mash, much of it was plastic picnicware. Could easily all have been fixed by a handyman in half a day. Apartments right below the Cittadella where the clock chimes loudly...

Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. "The apartment is fabulous. We were met at the airport by Clare who gave very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property and a booklet that had useful maps. The decor of the accommodation is great and we felt very comfortable there. It is spotlessly clean. The location is good and the views from the balcony are tremendous. We had a lovely holiday. "Everything was lovely! The room was spotless with really good air conditioning and very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely smelling soaps and shampoo great shower The staff were really nice and helpful! The on-site bar was really nice and the bartender made me a special cocktail to his recommendation which was such a lovely touch. The faculties such as spa areas and the beach club again were absolutely fantastic. Well priced too! All staff were always happy to help. A truely magical stay. Thank you hope to come back some time!"
