"Check in, the room and check out were all excellent. Always good staying at the Fullerton, great location, always clean rooms and comfy beds. On our last day we left our bags with concierge as we were not heading to the airport until late. When we came to collect our bags, one of the concierge guys just told us if we see our bags, we can go and get them ourselves. This was really disappointing for so many reasons. Otherwise excellent!"

"Everything about my experience, exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and secure. Breakfast excellent, gym was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was very quick. The hotel is also super convenient to the international terminal. Also very inconvenient to transportation downtown. A special thanks to Son at reception who was very efficient, courteous, and assigned us a room with a superb view of the airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. "
