A tranquil oasis in the middle of the Marrakech medina. The rooftop and hot tub were fantastic. The staff made us feel at home right away, and were always accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Yasaman and would thoroughly recommend. The staff are a delight and very friendly. Our room and the riad was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed having a peaceful oasis in the middle of the medina. Breakfast was also a delight. Would definitely return.

Eine schöne Oase mitten in Marrakesch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders Ali, Abdel und Mohamed haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und den Aufenthalt durch Ihre herzliche Art besonders gestaltet. Dieses schöne Riad kann man mit gutem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique endroit, jacuzzi très appréciable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et toute l'équipe est très gentille et serviable, merci. Le prix des repas est un peu trop cher à mon goût par rapport aux prix extérieurs mais on y mange très bien, merci aussi aux cuisiniers. Je recommande vivement ce riad très bien placé également.

Excellent moment

Très bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique, le riad est très beau, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est disponible 24h sur 24 et très attentionné et réellement aux petits soins. Attention si vous avez le sommeil leger, il est cependant placé à proximité d’une mosquée donc l’appel à la prière est très très audible et fort. Attention aussi si vous réservez via hôtel.com notre payement avait bien été prélevé cependant hôtel.com ne l’avait pas transféré à l’établissement donc pendant 1h nous avons dû fournir les preuves que le payement avait bien été déjà réalisé lors du check out. Ceci n’est en rien la faute de l’établissement (qui s’est montré compréhensif) mais bien d’hôtel.com. Concernant les services nous avons dîner le dernier soir au riad et c’était excellent

Excellent service,very well presented staff,breakfast,lunch and dinner made on site by the chef is a real treat.Delicious food and served on request.Outsanding room service everyday.Outsanding facilities ,variety of spa treatments and excursions available on request and very well managed.Taxi transfer service from and to the airport very prompt.Heated swimming pool and very romantic setting at dinner times.Immaculate throughout.The hosts is very welcoming and always there to help no matter what the issues (airport transfer service,excursions or even just that packed lunch for the day out no trouble at all).Above all very reasonably priced.I am a perfectionist but this Riad met all our needs.Home from home above 5 star service.Will be recommending and returning again.Thank you to all the staff and the hosts for our lovely stay.

Esperaba mucho más para el precio que pagué. La decoración es preciosa pero hay que poner más atención a los detalles para hacer de la estancia del cliente una experiencia realmente agradable. Punto fuertes: cama, secador y desayuno adaptado a las necesidades de mi marido (dieta fitness). Puntos débiles: obras sin terminar ya que llevan poco tiempo abiertos, gestión difícil vía mail y limpieza. Jacuzzi no funcionaba, no había tetera en la habitación a pesar de que ponía que sí, la habitación era demasiado pequeña, por la noche se oía un ruido constante como de un generador que no dejaba descansar y encima está al lado de una mezquita por lo que a las 6 de la mañana llaman al rezo con un altavoz que es imposible no despertarte. Además tuvimos un problema en el baño ya que se salía el agua del lavabo, se lo comenté al dueño y me dijo que al día siguiente lo arreglarían pero no fue así. Tenían habitaciones vacías y podían habernos ofrecido un cambio y no lo hicieron. En cuanto al tema limpieza, llegamos el primer día a media noche y ya vi que el baño no estaba bien limpio, había pelos que no eran nuestros y encima uno de los días no nos hicieron la habitación. En cuanto a las comunicaciones con ellos, han sido bastante complejas, tardan mucho en responder a mis mails solicitando información para hacer una excursión con ellos a Merzouga y lo peor es que me dijeron un precio que luego era erróneo y que casi se duplicó por lo que a última hora tuvimos que buscar otras opciones.
