Fantastic for small families

A every enjoyable stay with my wife and 2 young children. Zakaria and Latifa were extremely helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. Breakfast was extremely nice with something different every day. Very clean rooms with plenty of bed space.

L'établissement n'est pas compatible pour recevoir des voyageurs, grosses travaux,constructions picine, chambres insalubres, cafards, moisissures dans sdb,une catastrophe, j'ai parlé avec le responsable pour lui informé de mon mécontentement et d'arrêter de prendre des réservations le temps des travaux, mais rien a faire, a Marrakeche malheureusement, tous le monde cherche de faire de l'argent, n'importe comment, voyage raté, merci hotels.com.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war super, leider klappte unser Flughafen Abholservice nicht. Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit beschlossen wir ein Taxi zum Riad zu nehmen. Der Transfer nach Essaouira klappte super.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Il Riad è pulito, molto accogliente con un atmosfera molto suggestiva. Zacharias Arsig, il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, inoltre ci ha parlato molto della cultura berbera, di cui ha una profonda conoscenza. Pur essendo nel pieno centro storico, il Riad è isolato dai rumori delle strade e la mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini. La colazione è stata molto aprezzata dai miei figli!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel manager was super kind and friendly. Airport transfers were pelanned smoothly and on time. We left in the middle of the night and got the ride to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and hotel and rooms were cozy.

Denna Riad lever verkligen Inte upp till förväntningarna. Mörka väldigt slitna sunkiga rum som luktar gammalt fuktigt och instängt. Toalettborsten stod uppe vid handfatet vid incheckning. Takterrassen hade absolut sett sina bästa dagar. Wi-Fi fungerade ok och frukosten var Klart godkänd.

Gentili e disponibili, sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto e ci hanno portato al Riad. Organizzano i tour(più convenienti dei altri), hanno preparato la colazione alle 8 al posto del 8.30. Danno consigli utili, mangiare buono. La camera ok, bagno piccolo. Durante il giorno fa 25 gradi, ma la notte scende fino 4,5 gradi. Riscaldamento non esiste, era un po’ freddo a dormire.. Grazie mille per la gentilezza e la disponibilità

Ich war nicht direkt im Haupt-Riad untergebracht, sondern in einem anderen Gebäude auf der selben Straße, welches wohl ebenfalls zum White Flowers gehört. Mein Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft noch nicht fertig. Die Reinigungskraft wurde dann extra noch einmal gerufen. Leider war das Zimmer danach immer noch recht dreckig, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Seife und ein Mülleimer wurden mir auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt schlecht, aus dem Abfluss kamen unangenehme Gerüche. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen war nur zeitweise verfügbar. Zum Frühstück durfte ich in das Haupt-Riad, was ich eigentlich gebucht hatte. Die Zimmer dort sahen etwas netter aus. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich nicht im Haupt-Riad untergebracht werden könnte, wurde nur gesagt, dass alle Zimmer belegt seien, es also nicht möglich sei. Der Verantwortliche für das Neben-Riad Jamal war ganz nett und bemüht. Konnte am schlechten Zimmer aber natürlich auch nichts ändern. Die Frühstückszeit beginnt um 8:30 Uhr, was etwas zu spät für viele Ausflüge ist. Als ich nachfragte, ob ich an einem Tag um 7:50 Uhr frühstücken könnte, wurde dies verneint. Mir wurde auch nicht anderweitig entgegengekommen. Fazit: Wenn man im Hauptriad unterkommt, ist es wahrscheinlich ganz gut, zumindest schienen die Zimmer sauberer und besser ausgestattet. Da dies leider bei mir nicht der Fall war, leider enttäuschend.

I didn’t get the room I thought I reserved and didn’t hear back from anyone telling me I didn’t get it. The room I was placed it was all the way at the top, the WiFi didn’t work and the windows were tiny with a few of the towels being hung to dry by the staff. Eventually I was able to move into a room on the first floor but the air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom was way to tiny to move around in. The food was great and the staff was really friendly, helpful, and amazing. I just wish the room situation had been better.

Nous avons adoré la sympathie, convivialité, ecoute et conseil de l'equipe qui nous a acceuilli. L'endroit, bien que difficile a trouvé merite justement qu'on y aille. Le Ryad est magnifique, le repas, tagine de poulet, excellent. Une adresse a ne pas manqué. Esperons y retourner prochainement.
