Such a lovely hotel! Beautiful architecture, lovely staff. Breakfast was so cute, very personal and intimate with a lovely authentic choice. Rooftop is stunning, really peaceful. Bedroom was luxurious, and the water pressure in the bathroom was unreal!!! Air conditioning was very good. All round a great experience and will return if I visit Marrakech in the future!

Really welcoming and nice riad. The host was excellent, kind and always polite. Breakfast was great every morning and he was very helpful with any questions we had. Our rooms were cleaner daily which was very nice too, would definitely recommend

A remarkable place close by the crowded center of Marrakech. An oasis of peace, very clean and with lovely staff to take care of all your needs. We especially liked the well decorated room and the rooftop where we spend some hours lying in the sun and relaxing.

The best riad in Marrakesh!

An incredible jewel in the Medina. Extremely clean, gorgeous architecture, very comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom! We received a welcome drink and snacks on arrival and the staff treated us like family. The breakfast was delicious and extremely generous. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I recently stayed at Kahena Lifestyle Concept Hotel, and I can confidently say it's one of the best choices for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the Riad area. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which really adds to the sense of comfort. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite being centrally located, the hotel manages to offer a peaceful and quiet environment, which is perfect if you want to relax after a day of exploring. If you're looking for a calm oasis with all the charm of the Riad area, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The property is based on a typical riad , but has been turned into a far more modern version. The staff are professional, the breakfast is great , and the quality of the rooms is fantastic, very large room , fully furnished , no problem with hot water or the cleaniless. It was very very clean . The riad is also very quiet , I would definatly reccomemd if you want to stay in a riad but also like your more modern lifestyle.

Love love love this stay

Great riad in the heart of Medina. You are only a 15 minute walk from most tour meet up's, food, shopping and drinks. Less than a 30 minute ride from airport. The ac wasn’t working and the beds should have been a double vs single. The manger fixed everything the next morning. Breakfast is included in meal which is different everyday and very good. Great location, staff and amenities. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it worked. I would stay here again - felt very safe and easy to navigate the area.

So I will start with the staff. 10/10 absolutely brilliant and caring staff, they were helpful and kind and always had a smile on their face. Initially when we arrived they gave us a room with a king size bed when we requested 2 single beds but upon asking they asked us to wait for an hour and it would be ready which was convenient because we had time to go get dinner as it was late. In terms of the room its was spacious and however there was a few things about the room which we did not like. The shower did not have a door or a net it was like a open shower which meant that water would drip onto the main floor of the bathroom. Also there was no windows in our room or toilet which was not ideal because at night it would get hot and the AC was not great at keeping the room cool but i dont khow if it was because of the temp of the country itself or the AC. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and used it a few times , you have to let the staff know 2 hours in advance to warm it up but even then it did not seem as hot as a jacuzzi could be and it was not the cleanest but that could be because it was on the roof so open to flys and pieces of leafs. Location wise it was extremely ideal, literally a 5 minute walk to the main markets shops and for any excursions we booked externally the meeting points where a 5 minute walk max and compared to the other riads ( morrocon hotels) it was not secluded and felt extremely safe.

Cannot fault this Riad. Perfect location, a couple of minutes walk from the main square, but down a quiet, safe street. The staff are helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Very nice welcoming staff. Rooms were great and the breakfast was served with a smile. The area is decapitated and the hotel is hidden on a side st. Close to bazzar with cobras and monkeys.

I wish they could have charge us the price they want straight up. The bill came in euros. But they staff charged us a much higher exchange rate in MAD (about 10 percent more than the market rate) when they enter the number in the credit card machine.

Kathena Lifestyle Hotel – Do not be misled by the hotel’s good location and nice architecture — everything else was a disaster. The air-conditioning in our room was not cooling the room despite 40°C heat outside, and staff not only failed to fix it but made it worse by switching it to heating mode. Their lack of basic competence left us with the most uncomfortable night of our entire trip in Morocco. We cut our stay short and left early, yet the problems continued: the hotel charged us 220 MAD for a shuttle when a normal taxi costs only 40 MAD. This felt dishonest and exploitative. In short, Kathena Lifestyle Hotel combines poor service, lack of comfort, and unfair practices. There are far better and more trustworthy options in Marrakech — do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

De kamers waren ruim en goed verzorgd, alles was aanwezig. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gelegen aan het einde van een doodlopende straat, waardoor het zeer rustig is. Alles is op loopafstand, wat zeer handig is.

Beautiful Riad you should stay in Marrakesh. 10 minutes from Fna market as well as Jamaa El Fna bus station. You can take #19 bus from the airport (30DH/3EUR for round trip, as of Mar2020) if you don't want to pay for the cheating taxi drivers at car pool at airport. Staffs are very kind and nice. You can definitely enjoy your pleasant stay at beautiful inner garden as well as rooftop. You will be surprised how it is peaceful, quiet, and calm inside the building even it is just close to the one of the noisiest market in the world. Also you can enjoy good tea, breakfast, and Morocco massage at the hotel.
