ホテルを経営しているお兄さんがとても親切だった。ガイドツアーが終わってその日のホテルだったが、おじいちゃんが道案内してくれて、辿り着けた。案内なしだとたどり着くのが難しい。

Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhiges und geschmackvolles Riad. Die Kombination aus traditionell und modern gefiel uns sehr gut! Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten. Alles war relativ schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Viertel war sehr angenehm ruhig und urban. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder!

Une excellente adresse

Le riad Sashema est situé dans un petit quartier un peu à l'écart de la Place Jema el Fnaa , cependant facilement accessible à pieds en quelques minutes. Autour du riad vous trouverez le Palais Royal, la Mamounia , des promenades dans le mellah, les bains de Marrakech ( hammam) et des petits commerces ( patisseries, fruits ...). Le propriétaire vous accueille chaleureusement et sera disponible pour vos demandes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et c'est un plaisir que de le prendre sur la terrasse. Enfin les chambres sont hypers confortables et magnifiquement décorées dans un style authentique et épuré. Une excellente adresse !

Das Riad ist sehr hell und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, auch wenn man vielleicht ein bisschen abwechseln könnte in der Wahl der Speisen. Es ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen eine kleine Oase in mitten der Altstadt.

Beautiful Riad

Stunningly beautiful renovation on this Riad. Walking down the laneway to it feels a little sketchy but then you open the door and find this beautiful oasis. A bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the medina so great if you're looking for a quieter place to stay. Service was efficient.

Beautiful renovated Riad. Jean Francois, the host, was wonderful and very helpful. He always responded quickly to any questions and handled everything we needed. It was our first night in Morocco and we were jet lagged, so we planned dinner at the Riad. Really good food, beautifully prepared and served in the dining room. The absolute BEST smoked eggplant salad I have ever tasted. I ordered eggplant salad throughout our trip in Morocco and nothing even came close to this wonderful dish. Wish I could have gotten the recipe...it was heaven😊 The location was very easy to get to, and the cars can drive up to 1 block away. Very handy! I think this Riad was a bargain compared to prices from others we stayed at in Marrakech.

Riad avec une déco très soignée, et agréable. Dans un environnement calme malgré la proximité des lieux touristiques (5min a pied de la Koutoubia, jama el fna..) les services est irréprochable, et les employées au petits soins. Merci à Anna, mustapha et Siham pour leur conseil et avoir rendu le séjour aussi plaisant pour mon fils (2.5ans) et moi.

This is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The location was perfect and in more of a quiet neigborhood but still within walking distance of all the sites in old town. We felt safe walking around and the Riad staff were beyond accomodating and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and super clean! It was a perfect first trip to Marrakech! I would definately stay here again. The Riad was beautiful in every way!

a little difficult to find in the alleys by the Royal Palace, safe, among other Riads and homes of local families. This was in walking distance to the Jemaa el-fnaa, Kasbah, where you can find Saadian tombs and Bahia Palace. Hosts gracious and welcoming, nice traditional Moroccan breakfast. All in all a wonderful stay!

Perfect Riad

I took my Mum to Riad Sashema for her 70th birthday. Upon arrival Mum had some beautiful roses in her room and a birthday card, such a lovely gesture. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The décor/ furnishings are amazing, so much so I spent four days trying to find the same light fittings! The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, Selene was able to answer every question and tell us where to go and how much things roughly should cost which is great! Location wise, the Riad is perfect, we walked everywhere (including my 70 year old Mum in 40 degree heat). The only downside is some of the furnishing downstairs are a little bit tired (and that is why I have given a four for Hotel furnishings and condition) but that would be due to the sun which can't be helped. For the price, I would thoroughly recommend Riad Sashema to anybody.
