Great Riad, Lovely stay

Beautiful Riad and the staff was lovely, attentive (but not too much) and very helpful. Matisse room was lovely and bathtub divine. I opted to have a guide the first morning (as recommended) and I could have skipped it. It was just spit stops at over-priced high pressure souk stalls, did more to confuse my sense of direction than orient it.

Yassid and Sammir were excellent...very nice and accomodating. They escorted us into the Medina and also escorted us to the cab. But the bedroom was dimly lit, the breakfast was nothing too special, and the wifi was poor. Rugs and sofas were threadbare. Great staff, but the property and amenities need improvement.

Fantastic stay, amazing staff!

I was greeted at the airport as soon as I exited the baggage claim area. The driver dropped me off at the Medina and I was welcomed by a Riad Meriam's staff who walked me back to the property. Breakfast every day was nice - we had more than enough food. Service was on-point throughout my stay - my room was cleaned and bed made everyday, the staff are always available and made great recommendations for sightseeing and shopping.

Authentic Medina experience.A real cultural location if you are OK walking, as it is a 10 minute walk to get to where the roads are wide enough for cars or taxis. Only slight downside that the rooms had no natural light and were vey dark, making getting ready in the mornings a bit of a challenge. Staff were excellent and their suggestions for restaurants were superb.

This Riad gave us a true Marrakesh experience!! The staff (from the cleaning lady to the manager) were extremely helpful and always eager to help; if they didn't have something in stock they made a point of getting it. Traditional Moroccan dinners were superb, extremely well served and full of variety and flavour. Only downside is the location that is hard to find on arrival without guidance. This is not much of a hassle afterwards because the Riad is close to the souks and all other amenities are not far either.

Best service!!

The best place in Marrakesh. The way to the riad me and my other half got confused because we had to go 5 min after the taxi droped us of(small roads). We walked into an small alley and it become darker and darker.. But when Yassine, who took care of us the hole trip, opened the old door we just smiled and looked around. The riad was amazing, so beautiful from the inside and the rooms were even bigger and cleaner than the pictures. The best part is that the service at the riad is soooo good and that means so much!! They(Yassine and Hassan) helped us with everything. If you need something else at the breakfast, or some Mint te at the evening, they will fix it, and with a smile!! Thank you mon frere Yassine and good luck with you studies. /Jawad
