The room was beautiful and very clean. As a solo female traveller felt safe and taken care of. The rooftop terrace was very pleasant and the staff were helpful and generally lovely.

Nice hotel for a short stay on Marrakech

This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. Breakfast was buffet style and you could help yourself to as much or as little as you wanted. We also had lunch on our first day which was reasonably priced. The food was nice. The room was reasonably sized, clean and adequate for our stay. The fridge wasn't very cold but cooled our water enough. The aircon made the room a nice temperature for sleeping. Our shower was temperamental meaning we had to hold it with one hand whilst showering but the water temperature was good. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and rose petals sprinkled in the bathroom and on the beds. There was a hairdryer provided in the room and we had everything we needed for our stay. There is no lift but someone escorted us to our room with our suitcase meaning we only had to take it down when checking out. The hotel is on a busy street but the noise was limited. Overall this is a nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay in Marrakech.

Perfect place to stay in Marrakech

This is a great riad, ideally located walking distance to to at attractions including Jeema el Fna market. I would call it diamond in the rough. Extremely well run and cared for by properly trained staff. Thank you Riad Bahia Salam for a wonderful stay!

El Rial Bahia Salam, es espectacular, todo es perfecto para alojarte en Marrakesch, altamente recomendable. Es todo perfecto, desde la ubicación, la limpieza, hsbitaciones, comidas, personal, no hay ni un pero q ponerle, tiene un hamar, q te deja como nuevo. The riad was nice, but it was very noisy because of the stone structure, you could hear the moving furnitures and people walking and talking. The first night was in a room facing the street and was impassible to fall asleep as there's constant traffic throughout the night. The wifi was very spotty and depended on the location you are at. The room service unlocked the door without knocking while I was in the room. At the last night of the stay, had food poisoning because of the food at the riad, but when complain to the front desk, their response was "the food was good, no?", no apologies no nothing.

Der Riad liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Medina an einer Straße. Von der Straße ist im Riad nichts zu hören, die Lage hat aber den Vorteil, dass der Riad direkt mit dem Taxi zu erreichen ist (zumindest bei sehr hohen Temperaturen von Vorteil). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auf kurzem Weg zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso viele hervorragende Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist ein klassischer Riad mit nüchterner Fassade außen und eine schönen Optik innen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit schönem Bad und Kühlschrank, dass Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl.

Me encantó tener el spa a la mano; tomé un masaje relajante y me quedé dormida por una hora o más en la cabina... realmente bueno. El lugar es precioso y tiene la ventaja de estar ubicado sobre la calle; el taxi puede dejarte justo enfrente. Regresaría sin duda.

Siamo stati molto bene,personale gentilissimo,colazione buona e abbondante,wi-fi con un' ottima connessione anche in camera.Camere con frigo ,cassaforte e aria condizionata,spaziose.La struttura dispone anche di una piccola piscina sulla terrazza con il bar in piu' ha una spa( non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne).il riad si trova a pochi passi dal centro,volendo si puo' anche cenare ad una modica cifra,il servizio é ottimo.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was very nice and quick to help, always with a nice attitude. They gave us a free massage since it was our second time at the Riad, It was very thoughtful! We were treated so nicely, the hotel amenities were charming as well! I totally recommend and will come back!
