Ho trovato questo Riadh incantevole! Già dal portone di ingresso rimani a bocca aperta e inoltrandoti al suo interno la sua architettura è incredibile. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella suite Chocolate. Stupenda! Unica nota un po’ negativa è che è davvero troppo buio al suo interno. Romantica ma buia e altro aspetto da considerare in quanto vecchia struttura tipica e’ l’assoluta assenza di insonorizzazione e anche gli spifferi d’aria dagli infissi. Il Riadh si trova in una zona tranquillissima quartiere Mouassine, dove secondo me ci sono i souk più ben tenuti di Marrakech. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jemaa El Fna. Il personale è molto carino e disponibile.

Séjour au sein du Riad au top. Cadre et emplacement super. Très bon état de propreté. Correspond parfaitement aux photos avec un plus sur la terrasse où nous avons découvert une terrasse très sympa !! Nordine se met vraiment au service de ses clients tant pour le séjour au sein du Riad mais également pour ce qui est des points touristiques. Conseils, vigilance, etc… Nordine est un hôte d’exception que je recommande. Shukran Nordine et à bientôt - Inshallah

This Riad is so beautiful. It looks even nicer in person. As soon as you walk in from the busy Medina streets, you feel like you are in a little oasis. So peaceful, clean and beautiful. They great you with delicious tea and make you feel very comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was served in the terrace and it was great. I definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Celimene the owner, Samad the manager and Abdul were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The riad is beautiful, right in the heart of the Medina and only 5 mins walk to the central square Djama el fna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance from the riad. This traditional riad has been lovingly restored and is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Calm quite and welcoming inside with a great terrace with a wonderful view on which to take breakfast and watch the sunset over the city. If you want a warm welcome in a great location in a lovely riad then I highly recommend Riad Alma Mouassine.

The riad was a nice experience. The staf was very friendly and the location in the Medina cannot be beat. There was some noise due to the format of the accommodation, but that is to be expected.

Le sentiment de s’être « fait avoir « , j’avais réservé dans le Riad alma mouassine pour 4 nuits, reçu confirmation la veille.A l’arrivée on nous a mis dans un autre Riad proche avec une vingtaine de chambres au lieu de celui d’origine avec 7 chambres. Au lieu de la description confortable d’origine on s’est retrouvés dans une chambre de 12 m quasi aveugle, confort sommaire, robinet cassé.Les hôtes sympathiques mais pour 85 euros la nuit on s’est clairement moqué de nous. Je déconseille vraiment le riad alma mouassine qui manifestement s’arrange avec un autre endroit pour organiser ses accueils ce qui est très critiquable

私たちは４泊もするので、写真を見て部屋を決める事の出来るこの宿を選びました。 サイトには５室のゲストルームと書いてありますが、全く別の狭くて暗い使用人部屋のようなところに通されました。 オーナーの話では、システム上の不備でダブルブッキングだったと、Hotels.comのシークレットプライスで予約したのだが、私たちの方が安い金額で予約しているからだと言われました。 マラケシュの街は楽しかったが、部屋に帰るたびにとても悲しい気持ちになりました。４日間きれいな部屋でリラックスするはずだったのに、悔しい！ 部屋の名前の入った領収書もあるし、これでは詐欺なので返金してほしいとHotels.comに間に入ってもらったのですが、ディナーをサービスされただけでした。それも、なぜか１回分の半額のみです。まったく割に合いません。 せめてもの気持ちという事でHotels.comのクーポンを頂き有難かったのですが、宿の方から対応して頂きたかったですね。 洗濯を頼んでも洗剤が残って、黒い服は真っ白になりました でも、ディナーで出されたタジン鍋とミントティーはおいしかったです 騙された方としては納得できませんね

Durch eine Doppelbuchung durch Expedia gab es leider nicht die gebuchte Suite, dafür haben eine ganzes Haus bekommen gleich in der Nähe des Riads. Leider war das Haus sehr heruntergekommen, uns kam es vor als ob dort seit Monaten keiner mehr drin war. Lampen waren defekt, Duschkopf war auch defekt etc. Das Personal war dennoch sehr hilfsbereit um den Aufenthalt so schön wie es geht zu machen. Dennoch würde ich durch diese Erfahrung das Riad nicht mehr buchen. Der Transfer vom Hotel funktionierte sehr gut.

Veldig bra opphold på Riad Alma! Personalet var veldig behjelpelig med alt vi trengte hjelp til og ordnet alltid alt. Koselig riad som ligger veldig sentralt. Eneste ulempe er at det er veldig lytt.

With all the options for places to stay in Marrakech, I’m so thankful we selected this one. Our Riad managers Hussein and Robi were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We mostly saw Hussein and he was there to support any question we had. We were asked to move rooms mid-week due to a family coming in and because of their kindness, we were happy to do it. Hussein fielded all of our tour phone calls and arrangements throughout the week. He also arranged our breakfast times and made sure to have everything fresh and ready. At the end of each day we felt like we were coming home. This Riad is about a 3 minute walk from Jemma El-Fnaa and Cafe Argana is a perfect drop off spot for the short walk. Don’t hesitate. Book this Riad. You would miss out on so much if you picked a hotel. We couldn’t have been happier!

The location of the riad was perfect - in the medina, close to everything. Everyone at the riad was very helpful and inviting. This riad is perfect if you are traveling as a couple or booking the rooms as singles or doubles (especially the "Chocolat" room). However, we traveled as a group of 13 and most of these rooms are not built to accommodate a third person. Would recommend if you are traveling as a group to book outside the medina.

Horrible - dirty - old - don’t waste your money

Horrible dirty hotel, bad hard old beds. Dirty linens and towels. Water faucet broken so couldn’t use cold water in room. So loud you could hear everyone talking in the eating area and woke us up every morning with a crying baby and banging dishes. Dirty place and very run down, old and not at all worth what they are charging when there’s so many great riads all over the same area. Won’t stay there again.
