I absolutely loved staying at this riad! I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was located right in the heart of the Medina and within close walking distance to everywhere. I paid for a slight room upgrade to.
Perfect little calm getaway in the center of the busy Medina. Very close to all the main attractions and close to great food options. The staff were so welcoming and kind.
great Riad, great price/quality, very quiet and peaceful area, loved the terrace overlooking the city - bed was comfortable and bathroom all functional.

In the middle of the Medina. You will have to walk from the city gate otherwise, staff was nice, room was good. Breakfast was good, but hours limited...
Room was very large and comfortable.
Hotel Location was very difficult to find but once found it is in a very central location.
Wifi was good.
Roof terrace very quiet.
Overall very happy with the hotel.
Right in the busy jemaa el Fnaa. Good location as everything can be walked. Nearby restaurants and shopping areas. However, the ac and heater aren’t strong and water can be cold. The room is beautiful and very comfortable.
Incredible customer service and authentic riad beautifully cared for. My room was very cold (in Jan) so I messaged the owner. Within literally a minute I had an extra heater arrive at my room and help with the radiator. Lovely terrace and very easy to find from the souks.
Location: central. In the middle of the busy shopping streets. Although is located right next to the busy shopping areas, the riad is very quiet and peaceful. All the main attractions in Medina and around it are within a walkable distance.
Cleanliness: the room and the riad overall were clean. The beddings and the towels were spotless. Even the rooftop and the seats next to the small pool looked tidy, clean and comfortable.
Amenities: we were in a double room with a private bathroom with shower. The room was simple, colourful marocan style. It had both AC and heating. Bed was big, with ferm mattress, comfortable, and the duvet warm, especially for chilly nights.
There was breakfast on request. On Expedia was advertised for 180 dirhams which seems a bit much, but we didn’t ask about it.
There is a seating area and table next to the small pool in the middle of the riad. And a rooftop with lounge chairs. Both of which we found very relaxing and peaceful to sit in the shades or in the sun.
Zouhir, the person of contact even messaged as on the day to ask when we were arriving. He always reply very quickly to all our inquiries. And the ladies around the riad were also very polite and helpful, even though they spoke more French than English.
The only thing I could mention as an improvement:
Perhaps there could be a sign on one of the walls on the street with the name of the Riad as there’s nothing apart of the name on the door to point where the riad is.
There were no street signs to reach Riad in the maze of Madina. The room was stripped down to only bed and a washroom. Not enough light to read, no fridge, or TV. The washroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was no service to plan trips.
It was a nice and pleasant stay. The family room is very clean, comfortable bed, good attention and, above all, tranquility. I recommend this place because I would return again with my family.

A comfortable stay!
We had a great stay at this accommodation, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Marrakech's old town, just a short walk from Le Jardin Secret.
While the photos made it look a bit more polished than it actually is, the space was very clean, functional, and comfortable.
The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a good experience!
Stayed by myself there. Beautiful Riad. Highly recommend

Nothing special, a place to sleep.
An average experience, nothing like the Google or Hotels.com rating would let you expect. The riad is closer to a rustic hostel than a boutique hotel. No service in English, hard to find.
The property would have been tricky to find but people are so friendly and helpful - somebody showed us the way. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It was nice but the sunny rooftop terrace with the enticing view was closed for our entire stay. I would have booked elsewhere had I known this at the time of booking, as it was well over my ideal budget.
impossible to reach person with phone number provided. no one on site that speaks english or can translate. hotel goes by different name. very difficult and convoluted to find in the medina and got lost for more than an hour trying to reach it. they absolutely need someone to meet and guide visitors to the hotel
The property was nice and private. However, for the room that I reserved and paid for since the beginning of my stayed, got it 2 days later. There are no help with the luggages since it is hard to find the hotel. Otherwise did enjoyed my trip at Marrakesh.
We stayed in two different riad in Morocco. I cannot believe the difference. Frankly this one was disappointing. While everything was average, I would not return knowing there are much much better riads in the city. The host seemed to be bothered when we asked questions and the shower was either too hot or Luke warm. I recommend you find a better choice than this.

If you're looking for even moderate luxury, this is not for you. We reserved the best room in the place thinking we were getting a bright beautifully decorated room as you see in the photos. It was NOTHING like the photos - dark, old, dingy, scarcely furnished with not a chair in sight. Don't get me wrong - architecture was there, and outside the room was just as the photos are. Also, it is advertised as having a/c. Our room had none. We asked to be moved to a different room on the main floor, and there was an a/c but it barely kept the room cool. (It was over 40 celcius when we were there). Thankfully it does cool down at night. All of this being said, there was hot water when you needed it, good wifi, helpful and pleasant staff, and the owner was a lovely man who brought us a half-bag of ice when we asked. You can't beat the location - deep in the heart of the medina. And there is a stunning rooftop deck that is a great place to sit at night - cool breezes and fantastic panoramic views. So, in conclusion, I would just say know what it is you're getting. Basic riad, rooms not like the photos, but still a pleasant enough stay all in all and a good authentic Moroccan experience.
