Room was very old stains all over the carpet. The staff was phenomenal they are very accommodating and very nice. The location is good but the room was horrible. No lights in the bedroom other than the two little night stands that are extra dirty. The iron is broken couldn’t iron anything.

This is our go to hotel for Marrakech. Super nice and friendly staff and our room are always clean and fresh. The best of this hotel is their breakfast buffet. So many options and it’s all included with your stay! We love it here and have booked it 3 times already! It’s close to a shopping center and tons of restaurants in the area to try!

We had a lovely stay here. It is close to the airport and Medina but the hotel amenities are really great value for the price. Excellent food, a lovely pool and gym facilities. We will come again.

Overall a grand experience. 1st when we got our room there was something not right and when we explained our requirement the reception staff was very helpful and understanding and next day we were moved to a much better room . Our special thanks goes to Rizlan who went out of her way to accomodate us .And not the least were Ameen and Athman .Breakfast was great and beatiful lobby. Definitely will visit again. And the location of the hotel is very convenient.And our gratitude to breakfast staff Fatima & Emaan and tge rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Hotel in Marrakesh

The hotel is in need of renovation and a refresh. However my room was clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked fine and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was fine but unfortunately there are a lot of buildings being under construction around the hotel, which creats a lot of noice, so around the pool you need headphones to block out the noice. The breakfast is good and the staff are nice.

Without a doubt the staff and property were outstanding. Rooms were kept very clean and staff were above and beyond helpful. We were on-site during the recent earthquake and every effort was made to ensure that guests were well taken care of! Everyone from the manager to service staff were calm, efficient, kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location for your next visit to Marrekech! Gold stars to all!

Stayed here for my birthday. Had a complimentary room upgrade which was excellent! The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! The pool area was just what was needed to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is that it does not serve alcohol, which is not stated anywhere in the hotel details.
