Over charged me.I didn’t sleep in this hotel 3 nights over 8 nights.He changed my original room without telling me.He was was entering to my room without telling me.No keys for both my room and front hotel.He was talking my belongings without telling me.Also other room wasn’t fit for purpose.No shower,No proper window,I want to refund me for 3 nights that ,I didn’t sleep there.Also,I got ill,with diarrhoea and high temperature,food poisoning

La porte des toilettes était transparente et ne fermait pas... Ne parlons pas de la fuite d'eau du lavabo et la douche était un simple tuyau dans la même pièce exiguë des toilettes.J'ai du trouver un hammam à l'extérieur pour aller me laver. Par ailleurs, impossible d'utiliser le réchaud à gaz dans la minuscule cuisine. Air confiné dans la chambre, obligée de laisser la porte grande ouverte la moitié du temps pour pouvoir respirer.

Nada recomendable, poca profesionalidad

El sitio del hostal tiene dos localizaciones diferentes dentro de la Médina de Marrakech y eso no nos quedo claro en ningún momento. Llamamos al móvil de la reserva y la persona que nos atendió tampoco lo dijo. Al llegar al lugar nos comentan que ellos no tienen nuestra reserva y que nos ponen a 4 personas en la misma habitación cuando la reserva fue de dos habitaciones co baño privado. Tras discutir, nos ponen en dos habitaciones con baño compartido y en uno de los cuartos las puertas no cerraban bien y entraba todo do el frío, los calefactores estaban rotos. Fue una experiencia desagradable y las personas que nos atendieron no tuvieron un mínimo detalle para compensar esta situación. No vayan a este lugar porque les van a hacer el lío.
