The main floor contains a sunroom with daybed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, large dining/sitting room, gourmet kitchen, half bath, front porch for people watching, and a back deck/patio for relaxing in privacy, including a hot tub beginning Jan 31, 2026. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and can be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs with a pair of French doors and an additional single French door. Coming Spring 2026, downstairs will be a full bathroom.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a king bed large double dresser and ample storage, and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower, washer, dryer, linen cabinet, vanity and water closet.

Upstairs bedroom on the south side of the house has a desk, sitting area, king bed and a twin available (we keep it in the closet) there is also room in the closet to set-up a pak-n-play.

Upstairs bedroom on the north side of the house has a king bed as well.

Our other rental has been a huge success with travellers and we are very accommodating, if you feel like the place is missing something, simply let us know and it's done. All sleeping areas equipped with sound machines and comfy high quality linens for your sleeping enjoyment.
