Avoid!

A tired looking hotel very near the centre of Sarigerme village. Cleaning was very ad hoc to the point of almost being non-existent. No facilities, but the supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Staff are noticably uninterested and ignorant.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment. Paid a little extra for the deluxe and it was massive. Modern inside with a great finish. Ladies on reception warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

Booked this accommodation as knew the location and how close it was to the main strip. Booked a deluxe king size room but we were given a loft room with a double bed. No view from balcony unless we were standing, lights on the balcony didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and towels only changed once in a week. Room was only cleaned once during our week stay. No safe in rooms only available at reception desk. Staff spoke very little English and weren’t helpful at all.

Filthy health hazard

The room had black mold all over the wall, there was limescale on the tap handles (I didn’t think that was possible) and there was blood on the bed sheet. Needless to say I checked back out 5 minutes later and stayed elsewhere.

Found somebodies old receipts in the bedside drawer, funny smell from bathroom drain room 511. Sure i was stuck up in the attic room just because i'd booked through Hotels.com and this isnt the first time ive been given an inferior room in hotels, foam party in bar below went on until 1am. Breakfast not overly exciting, no fried eggs or omlette, no toast machine or fresh juice.

Our room was given away even tho it was paid for before we got there. We were then taken to a villa in the middle of nowhere with no WiFi or any water etc the owner said he would send the WiFi code to me but didn't. We was then take to a hotel called the sarigreme inn which we never booked to be woken up by the receptionist every couple of hours and the cleaners were slamming doors early in the morning. The breakfast was crap not 1 member of staff spoke English so when it comes to reporting my cigarettes being stolen they didn't understand. The room was not cleanerd we could not walk around bare foot as it made our feet black. The bedding was not changed the whole week we also had to ask for clean towels, toilet roll and coffee. What I would like to know is why a bloke was going into our bedroom when he wasn't doing anything in there.

I chose this hotel due to good reviews and location, as I was a lone female traveller, I was disappointed. I arrived at 1.30am and was told that the room wasn’t ready, it was being cleaned. I waited 10 minutes and went up to the room on the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t clean, there was a water bottle lid on the side, the bathroom bin was full of rubbish, hair in the bathroom sink and the bedding wasn’t clean. I told the receptionist the following morning, who promised to get it sorted. Luckily, I was in the room when the housekeepers came and they were surprised that I asked them to clean and change the bedding, obviously, my message hadn’t been passed on. The bedding was changed, the bin emptied and I was given clean towels. This was the only time in 5 days that the room was thoroughly cleaned, bedding changed or clean towels. I had issues with the toilet 2 days in a row, which weren’t immediately fixed. The room was small, although fine for 1 person, it had half a wardrobe next to a slopping wall, which I hit my head on every time I went to get my clothes!

Otelin konumu çevresindeki plajlara olan yakınlığı sebebiyle avantajlı , fiyatı makul . Ancak temizlik konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemem zayıf buldum perdeler yatak altı tozluydu tuvalet kirliydi ve yoğun koku geliyordu bu yüzden odaya çok girmek istemedik genel bir kanalizasyon problemi de olabilir yan odalar da aynı şekildeydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ,yardımcı oluyorlar . Otele özel beach var şezlong ve şemsiye ücretsiz otel müşterilerine özel servis de var . Kahvaltı fena değil peynir çeşitleri yeşillik unlu mamüller vs normal serpme tarzında ama çok tercih etmedik . Otoparkı yakın ve genişti yeterliydi kolay parkediliyor . Temizlik harici memnun kaldık diyebiliriz ancak o sorun çözülmeden tekrar tercih etmem

Oda güzel, kahvaltı yetersiz.

Hotel genel itibari ile temiz ve konforlu idi. Deluxe odada kaldık, 24m2 geniş, ferah bir oda ve balkonu da vardı. Klima sorunsuz bir şekilde çalıştı. Banyo ve tuvalet temizdi. (8/10) Yalnız kahvaltı salonu küçük, sıcak ve yetersizdi. Kahvaltı da maalesef kötüydü. Hem çeşit az hem de çok özeniz sunumu vardı. Genel itibariyle tavsiye ederiz.

Eh işte.

Odanın çatı katı olması ve tek pencerenin balkon kapısı olması dışında oda gayet yeterli ve temizdi. Ancak gece uyumak istiyorsanız ve iş için geldiyseniz sizin için uygun olmayabilir çünkü gece saat 3 e kadar bir yerden çok yüksek müzik geliyor ve asla uyutmuyor.
