"The room disgusting cracked mirror ,television don’t work nor phone I was told that is all they had available the room was filthy I complained to the front desk I had 84 year mother sat up all night scared go to sleep what shame and disgrace whom ever was above our room made loud banging noise"

"Not a good place to stay, room was dirty. Changed rooms and lights did not work, toilet seat was falling off and the wrong one for the toilet, the whole place smelt of weed, no toiletries and free breakfast was nasty and a joke. Don’t recommend this place at all!"

"The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and nice. The only thing k would mention is that even though the rooms are non-smoking, it smelled like stale smoke on our floor and in our room. Otherwise a very nice place!"

"My husband,and I frequently stay at this property due to the close proximity of Mohegan Sun Arena. The shuttle service is TOP SHELF!! Though the prices this property charges are much higher than others, we bite the bullet ONLY FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Now, that being said I have a major problem with the OWNERS of this property! I had written a review a year ago or so. In my review I wrote commending an employee for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to his employer. I suggested a merit based reward for his service to show some kind of appreciation. The employee was very proud of my review as he should be. The manager even hung it up for all to see, but to my sincere heart felt disappointment the employee was not rewarded for his service. Not even a $5.00 DD Gift card!!! For the amount of money that guests pay to this company I feel a little pay it forward would not bankrupt your company. I am a business owner myself, and upon receiving praise from a client for my employees service I will immediately reward them!! Exceptional Employees Are Hard To Find My Friend. Keep up the great job Claude."

The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. "Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. "
