"Only coffee available for breakfast. Room smelled horrible and it was dirty collecting dust and dirty behind curtain. Fyi:: if you like to sleep in dark room bring your own black out curtains. Towels where dirty and very dingy. . Restaurant closes at 3 and nothing close by where to get a decent meal. Won't be staying there again."

"The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance. Would definitely stay at Black Mountain Inn again if I'm in the area."

"I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me I will never book this hotel again"
