"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"i absolutely adored my stay here. the hosts are super friendly and helpful, giving you a family-like feeling. the rooms are simple and tidy with great comfortable beds. there is even a nice big sunny balcony overseeing this beautiful calm land. and a small gym room with a bench press and weights. if you are in this lovely area, look no further, this place is like home. it is simply fantastic. "We stayed with our 2 grandkids ages 6 &7. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. We made sure that the kids behaved and didn’t slash or be loud if others were in the pool area. We don’t get to spend time in the Spa area but it definitely looked great. We walked to a local bakery for a snack after swimming, and grabbed other essentials from Aldi right down the street. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. The room size was spacious. "
