"Food was terrible. Beach’s were loaded with cigarette butts. Evening shower was nearly cold water. Room wasn’t cleaned and no towels for 2 days. Had to ask for clean bath towels and room to be cleaned 3rd day.
Pool was nice. Staff were very nice."

Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down.
The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. In the room, the shower floor's angle meant water leaked...
