"Das Inserat entspricht nicht der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Es gibt drei separate Studios, wovon nur eines dem auf den Bildern entspricht (unterstes der drei). Die restlichen beiden sind wesentlich schlechter, älter ausgestattet und sehr unsauber. In unserem ersten Studio lag noch Müll bei der Ankunft auf dem Boden, das Bad hat penetrant gerochen und die Dusche war voller Schimmel. Die Küchenutensilien waren unsauber und vieles nicht vorhanden. Wir haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert und konnten...

"空調を強くしても少し寒く感じました。寝る時は薄手の上着が必要です。
テレビにリモコンがなく、非常に不便でした。
滞在中にたまたまだと思いますが、4日間エレベーターが修理のため使えずに苦労しました。
同様にメインエントランスの鍵が故障しており、夜に部屋に戻ることができず、偶然同じアパートの住人がいたためバックドアから入ることができました。バックドアのキーコードはオーナーからアナウンスがなかったため、偶然来た住人がいなければ凍え死んでいた可能性もあるため、この点はかなり不満です。
ロケーションは良いため、価格に見合った部屋だと思えば納得できますが、次回からはもう少し高くても別のアパートを選ぶでしょう。"
