"Location and the staff was friendly. Rooms are not 5star but clean and comfortable. Unfortunatelu the outdoor heated pool and hot tub closed the week before our arrival. But loved the location and the view from our balcony. "

"Absolutely stunning property. Very cute. Kitchen is fully ready for cooking, living room is comfy and cozy (tv does have a dark spot on top/right of the screen). The spiral staircase is a bit intense, but the listing pretty much says as much!! I'm pregnant, and getting up those stairs was a little bit scary, but doable. The bedroom has no tv, but is SO COMFY. We especially appreciated the extra pillow and blankets! And the bathroom (with extra amenities- wich is so sweet, thank you!) was so pretty and surprising big for the space! Very clean, very cute. Responsive enough hosts, too! The views were absolutely stunning too. You can see the water from the house, and walkable to a little public bach with beautiful sunsets. "

"Everything was easily accessed with the train Boston, Salem, Rockport, etc. Train station was 5 minutes away. Places to eat were close as well. So enjoyable!"

"Host was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. House was exactly as it appears online, beautiful, clean with great views of the harbor. House is within walking distance to a wine bar, art studios and fantastic restaurant where we had a fantastic meal. If we are ever in Gloucester again, we would gladly stay here. If you're planning a trip to Gloucester, I definitely would recommend you stay at Smith Cove...you won't be disappointed."
