We had a wonderful stay at this property with family and friends, including several kids. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our large group. One of the highlights was the large open space around the property, which gave the kids plenty of room to run around and play safely. The layout worked well for both adults and children, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. We would definitely consider staying here again for another family gathering.

We had a great time. The house was even better then the pictures. We had 8 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The large living room provided plenty of space for my grandchildren age 18 months to 10 years old to stretch out. My grandkids were sad to leave. Beth was a great host and was quick to answer all my questions. The house was very convenient to visit Yosemite.

The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family of 11- 3 generations. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the items we needed and more. It was very convenient, as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was very family-friendly for the grandchildren with a playground, pool, hot tub, and large yard. They especially loved Harley, the horse and the 2 precious ponies. We saw deer and bunnies multiple times. The host, Beth, was very gracious, helpful, and understanding to our family from Florida. It was a wonderful experience and we are so happy to have chosen this place on VRBO. Our trip was spectacular!

Our family vacation

Quiet , clean, beautiful home close to everything we wanted to see and more. It was very relaxing after spending a day hiking and sightseeing to come back here and relax we'll definitely do it again soon

Amazing property and wonderful Host experience

Our family spent our thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful home and property. The home offered everything we needed and more. Our Grandchildren had a blast riding bikes and visiting the pony’s. The host was amazing and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

Nice house which was perfect for two families of four + grandparents. Close to Yosemite. Family enjoyed trips into the park and evenings hanging at the house. Younger kids loved the pool.

Annual family gathering

Beautiful home, amazing sights, any issues that came up were addressed promptly, the host, Beth, is very attentive and easy to communicate with. Family of all ages had a blast, with adult children and our young family members that came for Easter weekend had an unforgettable time. 100% would recommend to family and friends.

Yosemite Retreat

Thank you Beth for sharing this amazing home with us. It was so cool to see our kids enjoying all this property had to offer: refreshing pool, pond and hot tub. Large living space & kitchen made for enjoyable family time around our days at the park. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for our group of 3 families, which was 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 8-15. There were enough rooms for all the parents to have their own rooms, 4 kids used the bunk beds, and one teenager had one room with the other using a sofa bed.Plenty of room for everybody to have space, but also privacy when needed. We didn't use the pool, but the kids used the hot tub one of the nights after a full day of hiking. We completely missed out on the game room, so don't forget to check it out on the ground floor if you book.We didn't check out any local restaurants because we didn't have to. We either reheated the food we brought or cooked. The grocery store we went to was about 20 min away. There's also a Tesla Supercharger at that grocery store if any folks need EV charging.The neighbors had a beautiful horse and two ponies. The horse was very gentle and would let the kids pet him.Thanks again to Beth who was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had before and during our stay.

an amazing house

The house is a complete fun. We loved the decoration and all the rooms. Indoor and outdoor areas that cater to the tastes of all ages. The owner was very attentive. There is a small convenience store and restaurant cafe just 2 miles from the house where you can even find souvenirs. We loved the experience!

Fantastic Location

Coming “home” to this house after long days at Yosimite was perfect for our family/friend vacation. We cooked meals in the kitchen and the grill was in great condition. We spent evenings in the pool and hot tub. Then would sit on the deck and star gaze. The kids gave it a 5-star and Beth was great.

Yosemite Family Trip

We enjoyed out stay at the Mariposa house. The pool and hot tub was refreshing with the warm days and comfortable evenings The game room as a bonus with our family spent every evening challenging one another. 3 generation family vacation

Loved the well equipped house, very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing and learning about the various animals; Beth was most informative. Rode the Sugar Pine Railroad. Some of our group went to McClure lake for water water sports. Enjoyed the History museum in Mariposa. Got the most out of the pool and hot tub and the game room with so many games available. Best place for a group gathering.

Mom's 75th Birthday

Great space. Loved the amenities. Hot tub. Grill. Decks. Fully stocked kitchen. Waking up to deer in the fields was super special. The night stars were magical. We loved cooking big meals for the family. The big couches in the living room were fun to lounge on. We were six adults and on 4 year old and it felt like we had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend. Beth is a great host and very responsive.
