Could be improved
Cleanliness of property was not great. Floors turned your feet black when walking barefoot, ants crawling all around baseboards by back entrance and we found nails in the driveway and clumps of dirt all around the floor upon arrival. The dryer was also broken. We had a child with us and found a handgun in a non-locking case with a loaded magazine also in the case that was under the master bed. The owner claims it was left by a previous renter. Pretty shocking to find that. Location was great and neighborhood was nice but upkeep was lacking.
