"Hot tub was out. Pool heater was out. Door to go out to north parking lot was broken. Breakfast food: biscuts were hard and tasted stale, sausage smelled off, potatoes were hard. Even though they knew our checkout date, the next day, and a Do NOT Disturb sign up, housekeeping still knocked and tried to enter our room. We travel to Kalispell every year and we will NOT be staying there again!!!!"
