Check in took too long.
Overall, it was ok. The only issue is that the front desk didn't have my information from hotels.com and asked me for a lot of different documents, including RG and CPF (Brazilian documents) which they don't have. It took about 30 mins to check in, too much after a long day.

Foi tudo muito bom, hotel bem conservado, funcionários muito prestativos, café da manhã muito gostoso,muito prático por ser junto com O shopping em frente tem super mercado. Único ponto, desfavorável é o isolamento acústico deveria ser melhor, pois escuta os barulhos e conversas do quarto ao lado.
