Everything was great! The local park was under construction, so we weren’t able to enjoy that, but we did go to Cannery Row and we were able to spend time with my son who’s a senior at CSUMB, which was the main goal of our trip.

Nice quiet stay just minutes from Monterey

Wonderful spacious place. Clean, plenty of room and amenities.Walkable to Marina beach. A little further out of town than we expected. But there are some good restaurants in a short driveThe park just a few house down is perfect for dogs and kids

Nice base to return to

Came over for a long weekend ending on Monday with a wedding. This was a good place to stay while exploring the Marina/Seaside/Monteray area.

Cozy studio close to the beach

Clean, comfortabel bed and pillows, lots of hot water, plenty of parking 15 minutes from the Aquarium in Monterey. We would come back.

Excellent location and very comfortable!

We were very happy with how easy it was to get to this location, the cleanliness of the place and the comfort of the bed and pillows! An amazing bang for your buck as the hotel rooms down the street were $300/night more....without a kitchen! Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel without the congestion of the towns. We also went kayaking at the Elkhorn Slough...about a 10 min drive!! We will be back, without a doubt!!!

Full size refrigerator in picture was replaced with mini frige, had to park 2 blocks away next to park were a homeless man slept, ceiling allowed us to every movement above us, 2 patio chairs not made for a 6ft 250lb man, take not there is no closet or drawer to put clothes
