"Bello! Forse un po’ piccola la camera ma molto curata nei particolari e pulita! Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr Consiglio vivamente anche ristorante “ la biga” a pochi passi, gentilissimo e molto preparato ristoratore( prenotate per tempo!!) "

"Well, the room itself was ok, the main negative this it was to much noice all the time as the room was next to the reception and you could hear the owner laughing and talking all the time up to midnight and early morning even before 7 noises from outside. "

Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. "The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience. You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry.
