"Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around."

The pictures although beautiful dont do this exquisite home justice. The views of Marigot Bay are stunning. The home is a Luxury Villa. It is laid out in such an immense way. The manager Pierre, the house lady Anselma were both so accommodating. Our stay in paradise was just heightened by the tranquility and beauty of the Villa Isis. "We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Marigot Bay Zoetry property. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly positioned with stunning views of the bay. The amenities were excellent and made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The location couldn’t be better—steps from great restaurants and the marina, and an ideal home base for exploring St. Lucia’s top destinations like the Pitons, botanical gardens, waterfalls, Sugar Beach, and Rodney Bay.The host was exceptional before, during, and after our stay. Communication was prompt and thoughtful, and the detailed visitor’s guide they provided covered everything we needed to plan our days with ease. It made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.This is absolutely a place we’ll consider again on our next trip to St. Lucia. "Villa Kai Bois is a beautiful villa up in the hills with a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. It is modern with loads of amenities. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern, kitchen well stocked with all cooking necessities. Exceptional cleanliness Will was responsive to our questions. Agathe and Lucan were helpful during our stay. We were a family of 7 and loved being able to cook with each other and to enjoy our private pool and everyone had lots of space to hang out. We did have cars so we explored St Lucia by driving. We would highly recommend this villa. Loved it. "
