"The property is in a safe location, above Castries town. There are great views over the town, airport and coast. The owner was very helpful. The room is clean and well fitted. The wifi worked well. People staying at this location need access to a vehicle, as there is nowhere to eat or shop within reasonable walking distance. Also, the hotel was overbooked. "Our stay at sandals La Toc was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. Our favorite staff member was Share. She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. Jamal at travel and loyalty was so helpful in helping us book our next stay at La Toc in 2027. If you go, make sure you seek out Share for her exceptional customer service. "Alex, Aunt Bee, and the gentlemen maintaining the property every day were all amazing and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The pool was amazing and had the best view. We had a chef come and cook for us one Sunday afternoon, which was delicious. We did enjoy buying day passes at some of the resorts. We went hiking to a cascading waterfall and also went diving. Beautiful island and beautiful villa!!!!"
